Good simple pub food,at reasonable prices! Always packed out, but usually you can get a seat if you wait a short while!
Real buzz about the place.

A Friendly and lively place to eat. A good choice of food. Portions a little large. There was live music, pool table and TV sport.

Stopped of here on our way back from a trip to Llandudno. Very nice food, and very reasonable prices. I can recommend the home made steak pie.

Didn't have room for a desert, but have to admit they did look very good

We came here for an early dinner after a long walk. There is a very wide choice of good pub food on the menu along with a wide range of drinks, including local beers. The place was very busy, as always, with walkers and other visitors, all of which contributed to the atmosphere. Service was reasonably quick bearing in mind how busy it was. The steak and ale piue was excellent with a good shortcrust pastry and very large chunks of steak. We would definitely eat here again to refuel after walking. Compared with many other places in Betws-y-Coed the Stables is good value for money.

A very nice but busy pub. They don't take reservations, so you have wait for a table. Having said this, it is worth while to wait. Once seated, you can order food and drinks at the bar. We all had something else, the spagetti from he childerens menu was good, the roast was very good. The beef burger tasted delicious and the BBQ pulled pork burger was even better.
The atmosphere was really nice and cosy and we will definitely go back, but a bit earlier then 8 o'clock, because it is less busy earlier in the evening.
