Description: Conwy Falls Cafe is a beautiful purpose-built cafe set in 9 1/2 acres of SSSI native forest, with the spectacular back drop of the waterfall running through the River Conwy in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Designed in the 30s by Clough Williams-Ellis, the cafe is a classic example of his design, and with its excellent car parking space, provides a perfect stop off at the gateway to Snowdonia.

“All round winner: Veggie, Gluten-free and dog friendly!”
Reviewed 2 August 2014 via mobile

We stopped here whilst passing to go on the Conwy falls walk and popped in for coffee afterwards and ended up returning for several coffee/breakfast/dinner breaks!
The coffee is proper coffee and I read on their menu that the origin varies each month. They were using a lovely blend when we were in.

They menu has a good selection of breakfast and lunch type foods and there is plenty to suit all.
We had a veggie breakfast and it was amazing, they make their own veggie sausages too which gained bonus points!

We went for pizza on Friday night and the cafe had a few specials to choose from too so we ended up getting a pizza and a lentil korma Veggie burger. Both were home made and delicious.

The staff are really friendly and attentive and whoever is in charge of the music has great taste. Chilled atmosphere with acoustic/folk music was playing when we were in.

“Sooooo Good !!”
Reviewed 2 August 2014

Craving a cuppa we visited this place on our way home from a days outing. What a find ! We were travelling with elderly parents one of whom is not "that" mobile the staff could not have been kinder and more obliging without even prompting or asking - how fantastic. The tea was freshly brewed and when I say brewed I mean it ! None of your synthetic tea bags here and as for the lemon cake one word .... WOW !!! the best I've tasted bar-none. Thank you Conwy Falls Cafe and your terrific staff we will definitely be returning.

“Delicious”
Reviewed 1 August 2014

The food is absolutely delicious. You may drive past thinking it's not worth stopping, Don't be fooled by the Port Merion architects design (1957 I think). It may look a little shabby outside, The place has shared toilets (men/women use the same ones) which you have to go out of the restaurant and down the stairs which are outside the building.

The place has a quirky character. The staff are young, friendly & knowledgable about the menu and the surrounding area.

Car clubs & bikers are welcome to visit, giving them a heads up beforehand is always appreciated to assist in ease of service. Once you've ordered you do have to wait a little while, But it's worth waiting for freshly prepared food which is made to order.

On a sunny day, if there are tables available i'd recommend sitting out on the decking area at the back of the building, you can enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful scenery too.

“Easy going and laid back dinner on Fri/Sat”
Reviewed 25 July 2014

We stopped by for some of their oven baked pizzas. Very good. Beautiful location. Do not expect table cloths and fine dinning-it is a café. But a lovely one with a great deck and wonderful fell to it.
Pizza were good, garlic bread even better and they had several specials on the menu board that would have been great too. Lovely, family and dog friendly and easy going! Walks and a deck too. We will definitely return.
