Stayed for 3 nights, the whole venue was clean, comfortable and the excellent breakfast set us up for the day's walking. Jen and Eddie made us feel very welcome with tea and cake on arrival. The hotel is on the main road, easy to find with parking and the road was quiet at night. A path along the river bank made it easy to walk to the town during the day, for able walkers. A nice touch having wine glasses and cork screw in the room. Would recommend this B&B to friends and family. We would definitely go back when planning to walk this area again.

I stayed here recently with a friend who was over from Australia. Jen welcomed us with tea, coffee and lovely home made cake. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable with TV, tea, coffee, hot chocolate facilities and also bottled water. . En suite bathrooms were immaculate with fluffy towels, face cloths and a good array of toiletries which is something you don't get in most hotels these days.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice on the menu.
The only fault, if I could call it a fault, was the noisy plumbing which woke me before 6am when the people in the room next door were taking showers as they were making an early start to walk Snowdon.

Would I stay here again, most certainly.

I cannot recommend this lovely B&B highly enough. My husband had already stayed here on a previous walking trip and was so impressed that he didn't think twice about returning. We were met by Eddie on our arrival and were offered tea or coffee straight away.. a lovely touch when you've spent the last 7 hours mountain walking. We were shown to our room, which was immaculate, to say the least.! There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a TV. The en-suite shower room was also extremely clean and fresh, which just goes to show the level of hard work put in by Eddie and Jen to make sure everyone has a perfect stay. Breakfast was brilliant. A good choice of cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts and fresh juices as well as the delicious cooked variety. I can't wait to come back and sample the great hospitality again!!.
