“luscious cakes & gluten free ones”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 May 2013

The cakes are just like homemade ones, lots of different flavours & homemade fudge. Also some gluten free ones which is great as I'm supposed to stay gluten free. Good coffee too, what more could you want?

“Worth visiting wales for!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 April 2013 via mobile

Everytime we visit wales we make a special trip to the villiage just to visit this cafe. It has a lovely moden decorations, friendly staff and wonderful fresh homemade cakes. As you sip your coffe you get to watch welsh cakes being cooked on a griddle in front of you which is a nice touch. The fudge they make is also to die for; to only problem being which of th unusual and exciting flavours to try. All togeter, this is a must for anyone visiting the area.

“Come back again and again”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 March 2013

The best hot coffee, pastries, bakes and fudge. Lovely people- nothing too much trouble. Always pass through to and from playing on Snowdon etc. and always stop. Great place.

“Lovely cake/fudge and friendly service.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 March 2013

Stopped in a after big bike ride covered in mud for a coffee and slice of gorgeous homemade cake (seriously tasty!!). We had the coffee and chocolate cake, both very flavoursome and moist.

Popped in the day after also to buy some of the homemade fudge which comes in some interesting flavours ( lemon meringue, banana & chocolate etc). Was lovely.

Service was always with a smile and enjoyed having a chat with the two ladies that run the shop.

Comes highly recommended!

“Just totally amazing”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 January 2013

Been a fan of this place for above 12 months now, they have made me realise Welsh cakes are not the sawdust things that some bakeries sell but gorgeous buttery delights.

Travel miles to get mine and I will continue to do so.

The traditional are gorgeous but so are some of the flavours and savoury ones.

Also bought a Christmas cake from here and it was to die for.

Looking forward to my next visit!
