Rob went out of his way to help us , he was very helpful , the cottage is lovely and clean and spacious , it's in a great location , near to lots of places to visit , we all had a great time and would definitely recommend this cottage .
We will definitely try to book again if we are visiting this area again , can't praise the owners enough , everything was spot on ..... Lovely place , lovely cottage ..and Rob and Brian the owners were fantastic

Great location for exploring Snowdonia. A very comfortable and spacious place to return to after long excursions. Very accommodating, easy-going owners who tolerated a slightly over excited young dog. Younger members of the group enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and garden. Plenty of space to socialise together as well as retreat to if needed.

Have stayed in many a country cottage but never where the owners have paid so much attention to detail, little things like soaps, bubble bath, toys, books, all help to make for a welcome break with nothing to think about other than having a great time. House was 5 stars, the best we have stayed in to date. Having the use of a gas BBQ and chimnea in the lovely garden was a big plus, and gas and logs catered for so again thanks guys for all the thought that has obviously gone into making the house homely and comfortable. A warm welcome from Rob and Brian helped to get our holiday break off to a great start. House is located in an ideal spot close to all attractions. Booking in advance definitely recommended for zip wires and bounce below. Llandudno close by is well worth a visit on a fine day. Overall would recommended to everyone, well worth a stay.

we had a really lovely holiday. The house was perfect, everything we needed. Brian and Rob were very helpful. Lots of things to do ,but some of them were fully booked so you need to do your homework before you go and book in advance.
We would happily go there again.

The cottage was lovely, very clean, comfortable and spacious. It had a beautiful garden with gas barbecue and a little stream running through it. Rob and Brian were excellent hosts, they were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, scenic countryside all around and very handy to travel around north Wales and Snowdonia. Bodnant Gardens just up the road was well worth a visit. We all had a fantastic holiday, we would love to return sometime and I would highly recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay. House is very clean and tastefully decorated. It has all amenities and is well equipped. The crockery and equipment such as TV, cooker, etc is good quality. Great gas barbecue available and back garden in pleasant setting with small stream running through it. Owners are in the neighbouring house and friendly and helpful.
