We had a lovely stay for two nights. The room (number 1 I think) was spacious, the bed very comfortable and just the right firmness to feel luxurious yet supportive. Everything seemed very clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was great too. Reasonable price as well and only ten mins max to town via a lovely walk. The village has everything you could need and gives options ie a few pubs, places to eat, shops. We enjoyed a game of pool at the pont y paint? Would return to this B&B should we holiday again in Snowdonia. And good access to the national park too!

A very well appointed B & B with unusual personal touches & some superb views up the valley. Starting the day with Mike's full Welsh Breakfast was more than enough to keep you going throughout the day, after Leslie gave you no end of ideas to help you plan your day. Although located about 50m from the A470 about a mile from Betws-y-Coed, you would never know, you cant see the road, never mind hear it! This area is a very central location for exploring North Wales, being no more than an hours drive to anywhere.
A very enjoyable & relaxing stay, that was made all the more enjoyable with 3 days out of 4 with dawn to dusk sunshine!

Approx 5 mins from Betws-y-Coed station and central to town. Very clean. We stayed in the master bedroom and it had tea/coffee facilities and wi-fi (connection wasn't great though) in the room. It has a nice garden to sit out in. Two people who run it are welcoming and breakfast is ample in size.

Be mindful that the bus company from Betws-y-Coed to Snowdon had gone bust so the skeleton service provided is infrequent (time table at bus stand is incorrect) and takes approx hr to Llamberis.

Can recommend the Bistro in town for a good meal.

We had a really nice holiday! The room was perfect, it had a beautiful view. The owners gave us good advise on the places to visit. Breakfast is all you can ask for and more. The little village of Betws Y Coed is just five minutes away, we walked there every night to have dinner, the food was always very good. From the village you can walk on trails and see beautiful scenery. We really loved it!

Booked this up after reading the already outstanding reviews, and all I can say is they didn't do it justice. The location is exceptional, awesome views of the welsh mountains. We slept every night with the curtains open, would have been too much of a waste so have them closed. The house is only a 5-7min walk to the Center of Betws y coed, and the walk is exceptional. You go through a lovely public footpath with fields either side of you and across a great rustic suspension bridge that you wouldn't even imagine being there. As for Leslie and Mike, I've never experienced better hosts, from friendliness right up to the exquisite attention to detail. Not knowing too much about the local area ourselves, Leslie sat with us for 10mins every morning after breakfast and helped us plan our day, and I must say her local knowledge is quite something. The food was great as was the several recommendations of local eateries, right from just a light lunch to a 5* three course meal. I really couldn't rate this any higher! And as a personal recommendation, the valley view suite is worth double price!

I cannot fault this place. I truly cannot. To start with, the location is simply stunning and close to the village where you can locate several pubs, restaurants and shops within 10-15 minutes. The guest house itself; immaculate, homely, perfect little personal touches here and there! The owners, absolutely delightful. Leslie is just... You can't help but love and adore her; she always made sure to inform is of all the great sites to visit etc. Michael too, just a lovely gentleman, great great breakie he made us! They made us feel so welcome. I cannot recall her name, but there was also another host who was just as lovely. As I said, cannot fault this place in anyway. Perfectly delightful. I know we will definitely come back!

If your looking for a great location for North Wales with a touch of luxury this is the perfect B&B.The Valley view room we stayed in was excellent and the same said for the breakfast served in our room each morning. Our hosts Michael & Lesley made us feel welcome & were more than keen to advise us were to visit each day. One big advantage of the location was the short and easy walk to Betws-y-Coed for evening meals & a couple of pints.
