“Pretty little cafe ”
Reviewed 4 August 2014 via mobile

We were drawn into this little cafe as from the outside, it definitely looked the most appealing one in the village. I was surprised at how small the place was inside and we just managed to get the last table. We ordered coffee and cakes. Our drinks were all fairly standard but were presented nicely and the service was quick. We each ordered a cake and they were all tasty(my slice of Bara brith was very nice; moist and fruity, but not overpowering). If anything, we felt the servings were a little conservative for the price, especially with the drinks; my Americano wasn't much bigger than some Espressos that I have had in some places.
Overall it was a nice place to stop and I would absolutely recommend it.

Thank you for taking the time to recommend the Pantri. We are pleased that you enjoyed your visit and we value your feedback.
You may not have been aware at the time of your visit that we have 2 rooms inside the Pantri which provides seating for 25 and a large outside patio area which provides a further 30.
Our ethos is to always provide a high standard of service and to always offer our customers the best quality products.
We believe our pricing to be very competitive ie. our traditionally made Bara Brith which is generously sliced and comes with butter is priced at £1.40 and our Americano coffee is priced at £1.70.
Our Americanos are made to a high standard using our own unique blend of coffee and made using the correct ratio of coffee to water. However, we are always happy to offer larger cups for customers who prefer a weaker ratio.
Thank you for visiting the Pantri and we look forward to seeing you again.

“Lovely lunch”
Reviewed 3 August 2014 via mobile

Had a late lunch here out on the patio area. Friendly staff & tasty food. I had the bacon, brie & cranberry panini while my husband had an egg mayo sandwich - very good food and one thing I appreciated was that the salad garnish was a proper salad and not just a couple of pieces of lettuce. Highly recommended.

Reviewed 21 July 2014

Am a regular visitor to the Pantri and can't recommend highly enough . Normally i have their one of their panini's with a coffee , but today caught a glimpse of their specials boad . Quite liked the idea of the Welsh Lamb & mint burger , with a mint & yogurt sauce, with side salad . And boy it didn't disappoint , it was absolutely delicious, quite glad i steered myself from the norm . The Pantri has a lovely outside terrace, for the nice weather, where you can enjoy watching the world go by, with a nice coffee or one of their speciality loose leaf teas . I always rave about it, and thought it was about time i put finger to screen and wrote a review . Can't recommend highly enough , and the service from the young girls is excellent . So i congratulate the owners for their sterling work, in their 3rd year of business. Well done.
