A very high quality room and excellent breakfast. Very welcoming hosts. Offered flasks of coffee and hot chocolate for our walk. very helpful advise about routes, buses and local restaurants too
We had a twin room in the sister hotel too, the lodges. Not quite as good a room but suited us very well

Annie gave us a very warm welcome and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard and very clean. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and to suit individual tastes.
I cannot fault this B&B at all, it is absolutely perfect. Thank you Annie for a truly wonderful stay.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 5 at the top which has fantastic views from 3 directions. Not so good for internet reception. It was worth missing the internet for an excellent view (it worked if I sat under the skylight :) )

Booked over the phone and made very welcome on arrival. Rooms were all lovely and the bed and bedding very comfortable. The owners obviously take great pride in their business.

Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, again great choice and service... will certainly return again.

Just returned from a two night stay at this B&B.1st time in 31 years we have stayed in B&B always stayed hotels. So impressed with standard Annie provides. We had the downstairs room, lovely views , two comfy chairs, tv, tea , coffee and chocolate biscuits provided, fab super king bed and absolutely fabulous bedding, both nights our heads hit the pillow and not a sound was heard all night, considering our room is it front of house.Bathroom had large bath and shower, Annie also provided shampoo, conditioner, radox and hand soap, god send I'd left my toilet bag home. Breakfast was lovely berries, yogurt and granola not a think I eat but it was lovely, must add to my shopping list today, followed by full English.. WIfi was also good. All in all was a lovely break, shame about the weather when we went up SNowdonia, but we will be back again. Thank you Annie for a truly lovely stay and next time we go away in UK i shall be looking at B&B 1st.

Room Tip: ask for ground floor room

stayed on 29/08/13 after climbing snowdon received a very warm and friendly welcome from the owner Annie, who was a fantastic host along with her staff she made every effort to make us comfortable and welcome coupled with excellent knowledge of the area. We stayed in room one which had the added bonus of the rooftop garden (bath !! much needed after the climb) the room was clean and beautifully decorated with added touches for additional comfort. The Breakfast was fantastic and would set you up for the whole day. This B and B cannot be faulted and we will be returning very soon. A big thank u to the staff at Beech Bank and see you soon.

Room Tip: Room One is comfortable and to a high standard and has the added bonus of the roof garden on a good day a real sun trap.
