Took all my dogs there and they loved it. The house and garden was lovely and clean. We had everything we needed. Location is great for walking the dog at halfway.would plan for a return visit.

“Beautiful”

Cottage was very clean, had all amenities needed. Large rooms and enough seating for everybody. Glorious garden and stream to listen to and paddle in. Lots of activities nearby ranging from spectacular walking to amazing caves and red kite feeding. Highly recommend and want to revisit!

“Perfect stay”
Reviewed 20 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

I stayed in the Red Cow House just before Easter with some friends and our dogs.

The house was easy to find and spotless when we arrived with lovely size rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two separate living rooms. It was nice to find somewhere who didn't charge extra for our dogs.

There were stacks of logs left for us to light the open fire and we felt at home straight away.

The local villages were close with pubs, places to eat and lots of shops to buy all our food.

We had a lovely time and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond when we booked.

Would recommend.

“Thoroughly recommended”
Reviewed 16 February 2014 for a stay in August 2013

We decided to take our three children and two dogs to the Brecon Beacons and chose Red Cow House because it is a traditional Welsh cottage in a great location and welcomes pets. We had a great time and the kids loved the garden and spent all their spare time in the river which runs through it.
There was lots to do and we went to Dan-yr-ogof Show Caves, the red kite feeding station and spent a day on the beach. We also made the most of the wonderful countryside and went on local walks in the hills and cycling in the forest.

Great cottage, lovely location and no problem using our phones and mobile internet.
