Stayed for one night (not long enough ) whilst on a business trip. The warm welcome was
followed by a tour of the room which was extremely clean and very tastefully decorated as was the whole property. We were advised where to eat that night and the advice was spot on. However, the best was yet to come. The following morning prior to departure we went for breakfast and what a breakfast it was. The menu is just amazing, far better than some prestige hotels. Orange juice and fresh fruit followed by a full Welsh cooked breakfast set me up for the rest of the day, in fact I did not eat again until our evening meal. I can't recommend The Coach House enough, I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in the area. Mark & Tony, keep up the good work.

Booked into this charming little b+b for a weekend in May. For our friends wedding in Brecon. From the minute we arrived we received a great welcome. I must mention the attention to detail throughout the accommodation was spot on. The whole property was decorated to a high standard. From the hallways to the actual bedrooms. Everything required in the bedrooms was to hand. Bed perfect. I must also mention the breakfast menu and delicious food. The choice was amazing and the presentation just as good. Overall a perfect stay. And I highly recommend this b+b. one tiny little niggle. I do believe the internet should be complimentary. We will be using again.

Friendly hosts, local information provided, spotlessly clean, located very near the centre.

The breakfast is quite special. Lots of local delights cooked to perfection. Fresh fruit and a yoghurt so creamy, I thought I had gone to the wrong jar!

Well run and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Had a one night stay here on a Saturday night. Ideal after walking in the beacons, a short walk into town. Room was spacious with a very nice bed. Shower curtain was a little short so water came out underneath it onto the floor.
Breakfast was nice with a huge selection of cooked options. Almost too big a selection. Welsh rarebit is a must, their home made chutney was delightful.
At £99 for the night however the wifi is still a chargeable extra! Hence the four star rating.
Lovely hosts, made you feel totally at home and welcome.

We stayed in the coachhouse in 2012 and always vowed to go back bit it's taken us longer than we had hoped!
Returning in 2014 there was no disappointment, it looks as new and beautiful as it did 2 years ago. The hosts are fantastic, with thorough detailed knowledge of the local walking routes.

The breakfast really is luxury, fresh fruit, smoked salmon and rarebit...it's better than many 5 are hotels. We also asked them for a packed lunch for our walk and this was a wonderful treat!

We will definitely return again and would recommend this b & b for anybody who wishes to stay in Brecon.
