Clean, safe, friendly, great location, good service, nice breakfast. Nothing wrong with it! Parking could have been better (small spaces) but my car was fine throughout my stay. View from my room was a wall but I wasn't bothered.

What a great location and comfortable clean hotel! We took the express bus from the airport and our driver left us off about three blocks from the hotel so we wouldn't have to drag our bags so far. If you don't have that luck take a train to Queen st. and you will be a half block away. I really liked this hotel...so close to the train to Cardiff Bay and the Dr. WHO Experience and a quick walk to dining and shopping at St. David's. When you check in the staff tries to sell you on the great meal deal bargains, be careful. We signed up for one breakfast and it was bad. They burned my made to order omlet and the only other breakfast offering s I could swallow were the wheat toast and jam or chocolate chip mini muffins. There is a Tesco grocery right down the street, buy breakfast fruit and breads there. Cardiff castle is a nice walk and we did the hop on bus. Do not miss the French impressionists at the free National Museum, biggest collection outside of Paris. Back to hotel, the tub is so high, I was terrified I would hurt myself terribly, getting in and out. I am 5'5 and in decent shape but I almost fell twice getting out of the tall slippery tub after my shower and have a nasty bruise. WATCH OUT!

We stayed for one night. My only complaint is that we had to ask twice and waited an hour and a half for the room to be made up into a family room as booked. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and convenient(discounted) parking.
The room was very clean and the facilities were very good. Ideally, I would have liked a wider main bed.

Excellent, probably the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in. everything as good as new. Check in staff polite, quick and efficient. Car park across the road and discount given on parking charge in hotel. Close to shops, bars and restaurants so ideal location.

Right in the centre of the shopping/restaurant/entertaiment available in Cardiff, and about a 30 minute walk to Mermaid Quay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast good value. This is fhe first time we have stayed at a premier hotel for more than one night and would say that the three nights we spent here are about the maximum amount of nights we would book, you start to miss the things that more upmarket hotels have like pay per view movies and room service, having said this you can't beat this on value for money nor service.

Room Tip: a high floor simply for the view
