“Staff very helpful”
Reviewed 15 July 2014

Got there late 9pm Sunday night, had a meal in restaurant, not very happy with it butstaff were able to rectify and so we went from disgruntled to very happy guests. Lovely clean prem inn, with air con, lots of plug points ! Staff very helpful, smiley faces everywhere, good customer service. Great location, near shopping centre, car park , use ncp rapport and get 40% discount from prem inn. Be aware lots if seagulls who like to poo on your car !!!!
We do use prem inn quite a lot, this is one of the best.

stayed here feburary 2013. Was in town for a long weekend, i've stayed in a number of premier hotels through the UK . What makes this one stand out is that it was very clean and fresh outside and in. The staff were very approchable and happy to help. The room was very clean and for a premier inn , id say very plush . Most importantly for me the bed was very comfortable and the toilet was modern and very clean as well . Great price , great location . Worth your money .

We stayed for a couple of nights, friday and saturday in July, to attend the Speedway Grand Prix at The Millenium Stadium. The hotel is 15/20 minutes walk from the central railway station and adjacent to Queen Street railway station, 15/20 minutes walk to the Millenium Stadium. Shops, bars, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We were allocated room 505 on the fifth floor, a large comfortable room with disabled facilities, neither of us are disabled but the room seemed to be well designed, with air conditioning. The bar and restaurant are well worth considering. We couldn't fault the hotel or the efficient hard working staff. Thank you to the team at Premier Inn, Cardiff City Centre for making our stay so enjoyable.

I have now stayed in a number of Premier Inns across the UK and have to rate the Premier Inn Cardiff City Central as the best - the friendliest staff and the best upkeep of the room, en suite and the rest of the hotel. Ideally sited for Cardiff Queen Street station which has a train directly to Cardiff Bay. The hotel is sited close to the cinema, theatre, shops, numerous restaurants and takeaways, and within walking distance of the castle. Highly recommend.

Only needed to stay for the one night. Good clean, working room. Clean bathroom and a hot breakfast. The staff are pleasant and if needed do their best. Cost is about right, I was happy to pay the amount and felt like it was a good deal.
