Just had a lovely meal - celebrating our wedding anniversary. Food and service was excellent but the best thing was being given a complimentary kir royale on arrival and a complimentary bottle of bubbly in ice at our table . Outstanding service that made our evening very special . Thank you

Visited early evening on a Sunday of Bank Holiday weekend so very busy, our table for 4 at 7pm was not available on arrival and the manager seated us outside and provided us with complimentary drinks, much appreciated as the delay was only 10 minutes or so.
We were then seated at a table in the corner but seemed to get forgotten, the waiter eventually taking our order about 30 minutes after we had been seated, this was mentioned to him and he immediately passed this on to the manager who apologised and provided a bottle of wine on the house and appeared to supervise our visit from there on in.
We fully appreciated that mistakes can and are made in a busy restaurant but the real test is how they are dealt with by the management and this was an excellent example of how to bring customers back on side, that and the excellent food that followed.
We would not hesitate to go back, well done to the manager and the waiter for impressive customer service recovery. Well done.
Would recommend.

Lovely Sunday Bank hol sitting outside Cote’s Brasserie with a glass of Chablis having had rich tasty food. Pissaladiere to start and Fish Parmentier which was full of haddock, cod, salmon and prawns. My wife had Spinach and Meshroom Crepes which were tasty as well. Not loads of food but enough to fill a gap and with them being so rich you wouldn’t want loads anyway. Great food and excellent service.

Four of us went here last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. We all opted for something off the 'two courses for £15.95' set menu. The food was excellent, the service very attentive and it's a lovely place too. All in all, including a bottle of wine and four coffees the bill cam to £110, which is very reasonable. Will be returning soon!

The service, the food and the atmosphere were all lovely and we would go again - but expensive especially the wine.
