We did this City Sightseeing Trip on a damp day at the end of August. We left Cardiff Museum to pick up the bus right outside which was a bonus. We were a group of 2 adults and a 9 year old child and the cost was £28. (although it would have been the same price for a family ticket to include one further child) for this price you can hop on and off over a 2 day period, but we only had the one day available. We have done these trips in others cities, including Barcelona, Rome, Florence and San Francisco. The duration of the tour, quality of information and price paid I felt was not good value for money compared to tours in these other cities. Whilst the cost was similar, the tour was shorter and commentary far less interesting. We took two buses, one with a guide on a microphone, which was very difficult to hear, and the other with commentary through headphones. I would recommend taking a tour with headphone commentary if possible. Overall I was a bit disappointed.
