The staff were fantastic, we had no issues with them. However the overall look of the hotel was very basic and outdated. There were no extras in the room (apart from a tired TV) and for the price we paid, it was not what we expected. We paid for a breakfast and on arrival were told it was a boxed, not cooked, breakfast. For the price we paid for the breakfast, what we received was disgraceful. Like I said, the staff were fantastic but I wouldn’t return to the hotel as it is.

I stayed 2 nights here with a friend before a concert at the Principality Stadium. It is in a quiet spot - a £11-£13 taxi ride from the centre of Cardiff. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, quiet & comfortable and with a Harvester next door with great value evening meals and even better value breakfasts we couldn't have asked for better!

This hotel is situated in a lovely area, and is ideal for those wishing a peaceful stay. It doesn’t proved an evening meal but there is a reasonably priced pub next door.

The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

It is what it is !! Travelodge’s are pretty generic the upside was the harvester next door the down side was the bust duel carriageway next to my window this being said the receptionist was very polite and helpful but the carpark is a bit limited

This is one of the smaller, friendlier Travelodges. Since one Travelodge is much like another, the four stars are largely for the staff at Llanederyn who are warm and welcoming. There's a Harvester next door which is ok-ish (friendly staff but typical poor quality Harvester food). Have had very pleasant multiple stays at this hotel and will stay here again.

Room Tip: Try to get a room at the back. Front rooms face the A48 which is noisy with the window open in summer.
