We were led to belief that this was a "luxury apartment." This description suggests that the environment would be desirable. That is not the case. When we entered the building, the ambience was of stale air and an overwhelming neglect. Once we entered the actual flat, we noticed that the place could do with redecorating; scuffed walls, mucky carpets and furniture that required replacing. The owner first apologised for the fact that the heating wasn't working properly and he had put an extra heater in the second bedroom but "don't worry, it is safe!" Why say that if he wasn't a bit unsure? He also said that due to the 3 prong light fitting in that room, we couldn't have an overhead light as " he couldn't get the bulbs anymore." My sister had no proper light in her room. The cooker hob had no proper knob instructions as they had worn off. The kettle was so crusty we had to scrub it to use it. A nasty old spong scrubber and mankey tea towel were our only cleaning items. We bought kitchen roll to clean with. The bathrooms and bedrooms were dusty. The lamp in the master bedrroom didn't have a working bulb so we had to swap them around. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms. The pillows were cheap lumpy rubbish. The furniture is all cheap and nasty Argos ; the owner had even left the catalogue so we found the sofas. However, once we had walked past the two blokes lighting their tin foil sitting on the bench outside on our first night, we thought we would make the best of it. The toaster works and despite having had to keep changing to another socket, we managed to charge our phones. There is free parking. We couldn't sleep as the people above stomped around until early hours. However it was only 10 minutes walk to town, over the detritus of the previous night, including the empty bottles around the entrance to the flats and the rubbish blowing down the surrounding roads. Our last morning, having decided to take it in our stride, my sister switche don the living room light and all the the lights blew. We had no idea where the fuse box was so we shrugged our shoulders, were very British and decided to drive home 3 hours early before the place blew up! We texted the owner and told him we were far from happy. His reply was " thanks. I'll get a spark round." No apology. No regret. I'd better get my deposit back. We are not a fussy pair and have stayed all over the world. This guy is ripping you off if you think you are getting luxury. This is student accommodation . I M not happy with the misleading description. Do you not inspect the properties you recommend.
Stayed for four nights as we wanted to explore Cardiff. Leigh was extremely helpful both before we arrived and whilst we were here, very accommodating. The flat was very clean and spacious with excellent amenities. Will definitely return.

A good place for a two night stay in central Cardiff. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers). It is well equipped, and the balcony is a great feature for sitting out (though not quite warm enough in February!) Great to have car parking. on site. Leigh was very friendly and helpful,

Me and my friends really enjoyed using this apartment as a base for our weekend in Cardiff. The place was well situated. The flat was tidy and modernly furnished with everything you should need. Leigh was helpful and reliable. Top marks.
Myself and 5 friends started here. 2 double bedrooms were very nice and the pull out bed in the lounge was okay. It was a great base in Cardiff as you could walk anywhere within 15mins. Definitely recommend a weekend stay.
