Stayed 5-7th & 9th-15thjan'14. A really nice stay, both times. Welcome was lovely with offer of assistance with my luggage. First stay was upstairs, requested ground floor for second stay has had lots of luggage and with no lift the ground floor was a easier option. Staffs knowledge of the area was great, help given whenever needed. Lovely lovely friendly staff. Only downside, wifi and my 3G very poor. Upstairs room 21fine, room 5 non existent.Thank you for making me so welcome.

10 minute walk to the city shops, bars and restaurants. Warm and friendly welcome with quick and efficient check in. Our room was a bit tired however there were tea and coffee facilities, flat screen TV and a modern bathroom. The room, bed linen and bathroom were very clean. Good free parking facilities and there is a bar and restaurant on site. Hotel is well situated for easy access to/from the M4 without having to fight your way through the city centre.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the Reception area as it can be noisy at night and early morning.

The hotel staff were helpful, but the restaurant needs better management. Several customers and I were made to wait longer than five minutes for the fried eggs and sausages to be brought out from the kitchen. Finally, a sensible waitress offered to bring the sausages to my table and others' as soon as the sausages became ready.

Stayed here for the Cardiff v Sunderland game! , having stayed here a few times previously.
Never fails to deliver. comfortable room and spotlessly clean......
One little gripe , on ground floor , think kids above .....like a herd of elephants , that said very reasonable staff very friendly and customer service spot on.
Breakfast great in the Ocean park next door and meal deals and drinks offers on. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Room Tip: I would say a room on first floor.....

A decent location, approx 15min walk (£4.50 taxi) from town with free parking (a rare thing in Cardiff).

Staff very good, very pleasant and eager to help. A very quiet hotel despite being next door to a pub . Good experience.

My family stayed here on boxing night. It is easy walking distance to the Millennium theatre and Cardiff Bay attractions. The reception staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The TV was big enough for us all to see!
