A few days ago I was in Llandaff village (Cardiff) and in particular High Street near Llandaff Cathedral. A few of us went into Jaspers Tea Rooms and on doing so had a very friendly greeting. We were directed to the seating area within the premises which offered several different rooms, all of which were very attractive and comfortable. We opted for the first room which had about 5 or 6 tables. Within a minute or two another member of staff approached us and took our order, after which it was speedily processed and delivered to our table. We had latte coffees and various cakes, all of which were well presented and most importantly the coffees we hot!
We soaked up the surrounds of Jaspers and thoroughly enjoyed the quietness and very friendly approach of the staff (one of which I think was called Babs). Outside the window of Jaspers Tea Rooms you can actually see Llandaff Cathedral so if you are visiting that location, it is less than 20 metres away!
There are many tea rooms in Cardiff but I feel Jaspers in unique for the area and its hospitality.
Would we go there again? Oh yes most definitely. Well done Jaspers Tea Rooms, see you again!!
