Amazing experience, didn't even get as cold as expected thanks to the warm wetsuits and guides ability to keep everyone moving was a fantastic experience and everyone on the stag had an ace time, would highly recommend!!

A group of 5 of us went on this excursion and it was wonderful! Even though it was November and the water kinda took your breathe away the wetsuits and all the activity made the water temperature no issue. Thank you so much Neil for bringing the extra neoprene sock and gloves you were a lifesaver! A truly great adventure!

Brought a team of 9 to Wales for a birthday celebration. Admittedly, we'd all been out the night before, and on just 4 hours sleep, a rainy (and very cold) day, and early start, we were all a bit worse for wear and really not ready for what was coming.

We met (a very friendly) Neil at the village hall car park which was easy to find thanks to the extra driving advice emailed to us. We were also fortunate enough to benefit from the availability of bacon sandwiches at the village hall - went down a treat, and the ladies working there were so lovely!

After taking way too long over putting our wetsuits on - so much harder than anticipated (ha!), we trekked on down to the start point of our adventure. I don't want to ruin the experience for anybody reading this, but let's just say you're thrown in the deep (and VERRRRY cold) end right from the get-go.

The marketing photos and videos for this activity don't do the experience any justice at all. Everything looked so tame online, but I'd heard good things about Gorge Scrambling, and we were in no way disappointed. This experience went a million miles beyond any one of our expectations, and we now have incredible happy memories which will last forever.

The day was very challenging at points, but also highly enjoyable and the scenery was stunning! The waterfall jumps and water chute were the best, and even though we had a non-swimmer in the group, he had just as good a time and there were plenty of shallow/land-based activities for him.

The potholing-type parts were pretty scary, and the walking in general was just as intense. You wouldn't believe the amount of physical (and mental) stamina you need to do this trip - but most of us handled it in the delicate state we were in so no need to worry about fitness! Just be prepared to battle some extreme fears head-on!

Neil was absolutely incredible - such a lovely, funny guy, yet in no way did he become annoying or OTT like with guides on many day trips! He was fantastic and made the experience both fun and safe. He didn't rush anybody and made sure we were all involved.

By the end we were totally exhausted, and topped it all off with delicious hot chocolates from the cafe!

My only criticism would be the changing facilities - would be great to have some nice, private cubicles! But this did not affect the overall experience at all!

Not for the feint hearted, but certainly a game changer - we will be back for more adventures in the future for sure! Thank youuu! :)

Myself and my two sons aged 16 and 13 booked the canyoning. This was a fantastic way to spend 3 hours scrambling through waterfalls, squeezing through tight spaces and most of all the adrenaline filled jumps.
