We've been coming to this restaurant over the years in different groups/party sizes and never been disappointed. The quality of meat & fish on offer is superb.
Menu is traditional but there's always specials of different meat/fish available. The menu differs slightly between lunch and evening - with some set lunch menus available on certain days. Majority of main dishes(evening menu) come with standard sides of - diced potato, battered cauliflower(firm favourite) & peas but there's lots of optional extras also available.
The Espetadas (kebabs) are beautiful and a popular choice.
Decor is traditional with low ceilings and (faux) open beams that makes for a welcoming & relaxed atmosphere.
Good portion sizes and reasonably priced for the quality of food on offer.
Birthday celebrations are always made a fuss of - with the staff singing and music played etc
Booking is recommended as by evening they have 2 sittings only due to popularity.
