All I can say is WOW! What a wonderful place Fairy Hill is! We only visited for lunch ( although I tried to book an overnight stay, but as it was over Easter it was fully booked), but really got a feel of the place and would really love to go back and visit. The food and service were impeccable, I really can't fault the place at all. Wonderful! Keep up the good work!
All set in the beautiful welsh countryside close to Rhossili Bay which is one of the most spectacular beaches in the world (in my opinion)

We went here for a 70th birthday treat and it was absolutely fantastic.
As soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted as though we were old friends.
The service was impeccable and the food delicious, with good portion sizes.
Too many places these days seem to offer a tiny starter, but not here. As far as I'm concerned you can't have too much of a good thing!
We had the duck terrine, pork tenderloin and belly, pheasant and various desserts. All delicious. We finished off with coffee in the lounge.
Considering the quality of the food, setting and overall excellent treatment, it was also great value. Three courses for £25 is unbeatable.
Overall, a superb experience.

Everything about our lunchtime experience was completely wonderful. Greeted as if we were VIPs,
the service was impeccable, beautiful house and gardens.
Then there was the food and wine....out of this world. No it isn't cheap but every mouthful was worth it. The beef melted in the mouth, vegetables cooked to perfection. Puddings were glorious.
Then sitting outside with our coffee and wine in stunning parkland.
Somewhere to go for that something special, you would not be disappointed.
A rather relaxing atmosphere that made us feel more comfortable about not being very dressed up! One of my best dining experiences ever.

We have, over the years visited this restaurant. The food is still great though I think maybe the chef has changed. It is in a beautiful spot and in the summer you can eat outside in the garden. The staff are helpful and the ambience good. Agreat place for a special lunch though off the beaten track.
