Parking £4per day and got less as day went on. The beach is great backed by sand dunes. you can walk all the way to Three cliffs bay. It is also possible to walk through the dunes, but as we saw an adder on our second visit be aware. ( no warning signs). The only thing that lets the place down are the eyesores- derelict buildings, poor toilets and very poor cafe. If owned by the local estate suggest they update the facilities at least and knock down the derelict buildings.

Park car right next to the beach. Good rock pools from mid - low tide.
Lovely sandy beach but loads of rubbish.

I actually went for a swim here! It was hot and sunny, the sea warmer than in ages. The beach was full of people and there were dogs on the beach too. Loads of them. I take exception to dogs on beaches during the summer season when we all want to lie on the sand and swim in the sea... without worrying about whether or not a dog has 'been' there before us. The sea seemed clean and apparently has a blue badge but I came across a 'river' of small organic matter that I wasn't sure of... I wondered if the hotel nearby was emptying something into the sea... I think there needs to be some policy about dogs on the beaches here. It's a beautiful place.

Only visited for the day. Enjoyed the beach. Had coffee at the Oxwich Bay hotel, which was very traditional, with good service.
