There's lots of new developments at the Marina with apartments and eating places. We had a lovely walk around the Marina admiring the boats.

Staying in the Waterfront Apartments we had a brilliant view of the still evolving marina. This has changed the face of the city and makes it feel very optimistic.

This is a good place to stay at a flat or hotel. It is close to the shops, a dept. Store, high street, big tesco and sainsburies within walking distance. Also pubs and cafes all around. A short walk to the beach and lovely views of the marina. Very convenient. Not withing walking distance from the gower, mumbles etc.

Our Marina is a wonderful placep to walk around and just take in the sea air and perhaps a coffee/tea and watch the world come in and out on their boats. Lots to see in terms of museums, LC2, pubs, restaurants (up very high aswell).
There are lots of events through the year that take in the Marina eg 1/2 marathon goes through it in June, the Wales Air Show brings thousands of people to the area in July. There is also a Tri Athlon centered around the area. Not forgetting events held at the Maritime Museum plus the Bierfest at the Museum Green literally just around the corner.

The Marina is definitely a place to relax but also somewhere to have fun.
