“Very disappointing”
Reviewed 20 June 2014

Muddy beaches, exorbitant parking charges, lack of informative signage. Hated it and never want to see it again. Other areas in Wales are much better.

“So stunning”
Reviewed 19 June 2014

It has hardly changed in the decades I have known it. There seems more people about and car parking charges exist where once it was free. Accommodation is expensive but the beauty of the Gower, especially on a sunny day, takes a lot of beating.

“Magical”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

We have just returned from a walking holiday in this beautiful area of the UK.
Each day we walked circular walks taking in both the coastal and inland scenery and were delighted every time. Stunning bays, flower filled meadows, woods smelling of wild garlic, pink flowered salt marshes, castles ......... I could go on!
The crowning moments were sunset over Rhossili Bay, a rainbow over Port Eynon Point, and the full moon on Friday 13th reflected in the sea ..... just magical.
