Hotel great location. Lots of restaurants and attractions in walking distance. All day park only £6.50 through hotel so good saving. Wifi good value but really difficult to sign in each day as we had 2 days stay.

The location of this premier inn is well suited to clubbers. With a family I found it quite frightening and very noisy. Breakfast wasn't very nice at all. On the plus side, the receptionists were extremely courteous.

I have stayed in Premier Inns a lot and I have to say this is one of the least favourite ones.

The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The room was a long walk from the lifts, My parents had to change rooms because of a horrible smell but again the receptionists did this very quickly and remained polite while this went on.

Bedroom was the standard lay out of a premier inn room which was spacious, simple but nice decor. Unfortunately we got booked into a disabled room (which again was to far away from the lifts) and the toilet sliding door didn't shut properly.
Beds were very comfy.

Breakfast was shambles, I had to wait firstly for plates, then half the food containers were empty and need changing so I had to wait for that. Food was standard and the croissants were dry. It took ages to get used plates removed from the table and the staff were rushing about like headless chickens.

Location of the hotel was great however. Although it has an NCP car park the hotel is situated behind a shopping mall and rows of restaurants.

I would never visit a premier inn hotel again after my experience this evening. I am not usually one to leave reviews or voice complaints however I believe the night staff were incredibly rude. They lacked any kind of human compassion and friendliness which you do not expect from individual working in hospitality. Which in turn made me regret my choice in hotel choice and also ensure never to return to such an uncomfortable and unwelcoming enviroment again.

I've seen all the hype and the adverts, and wasn't expecting much, but the friendly efficient welcome helped, and even though the corridors were almost too narrow to walk straight with luggage in both hands, the sight of the biggest softest bed was most welcome! The room was clean, all the info was friendly and concise, and I was not at all uncomfortable about going to the restaurant alone for dinner. There was no room service. The service in the restaurant was initially prompt and very friendly, but the food was mediocre, and not very generous in portion, but it was ok. The decor was bright, clean and welcoming.

We didn't expect a luxury hotel experience when we arrived, but even so there were a lot of issues with cleaning (we found a pair of used underwear behind the sofa), poorly cleaned bath. Annoying shower head can not be moved to have a proper shower. Expensive breakfast, so we decided to skip the breakfast and get a cheaper option in the city centre. We were two couples staying in 2 separate rooms and the issues were similar in both rooms.
