The food here is to die for. My soup was beautiful but the duck was really amazing. My partners rib eye was cooked to perfection. His words, not mine. On top of the food the staff were great craic. Thomas (I hope) had us in stitches. I didn't find out the girls name but she was so friendly. Will most certainly be returning.

Five friends and I dined here on 30th Nov.

The service from the start was excellent (apart from no real farewell comment at the end). The food was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, with the duck sausage roll starter warranting particular mention.

A couple of small niggles, the plates for mains were very hot, my steak was closer to well done than medium (although delicious, with very tasty garnishes and a hefty £4 supplement), don't try the flourless chocolate cake (no indulgence just disappointment). However the hostess changed this to a cheeseboard with no real fuss. The cheeseboard was fantastic as were the apple assiette and sticky toffee pudding.

One waitress in particular was great craic in helping me choose my courses.

6 x 3 course meals, 3 bottles of wine, 4 coffees, service charge - £280 approx.

Overall a fine meal enjoyed by us all.

This is a very special restaurant with fab food. It's small and quaint. Not suitable for a large crowd but as I said very special if it's a romantic meal you want. Don't pass this restaurant.

This restaurant must have been created from a converted, quite large, Victorian terraced house, and it is this rather homely feel that makes Beatrice Kennedy a very pleasant place to eat. The service was friendly and attentive, and the menu appetising. I had the scallops wrapped in bacon, and then the Fermanagh beef, an aged rib eye steak in red wine and tarragon that was perfectly rare, as requested. I enjoyed the local Belfast beer, and rounded the evening off with their famed Sticky Toffee Pudding, with ice cream and butterscotch sauce. A very pleasant meal in very pleasant surroundings!

Visited here after recommendation of colleagues and it was great. My guests were visiting Belfast and were very impressed saying it was the best restaurant they had been in during there holiday.
Food was great and very quick. Wines are very reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and looked after everyone well.
