All you need to know is it cost £19, its in the centre of Belfast nightlife only 100 metres from the Merchant and its 5* prices. The room was clean, comfortable and big. A total bargain - and thats why the hotel was packed out with people like us doing the same thing

Room Tip: it could only be improved by being away from the street - not from nighttime noise but the streetcle...

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel, who made us feel very welcome. Excellent location to walk to City Hall, Titanic Exhibition and nearby there were lots of excellent restaurants and pubs in the cathedral quater. Fabulous breakfast with absolutely delicious porridge and bacon - would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in this hotel on Saturday Night while going to the Odyssey Arena to see John Bishop. Excellent location and only a 10 min walk to the Oddssey. There is a closer Premier Inn Hotel hotel which fills up quickly when a concert is on so this one still presents great value for money. May only be 3 star but for value for money, none come close, most staff were friendly, helpful and polite One in particular that stood out was Ciara in reception ticked all the boxes and showed a great deal of common sense.

Enjoyable stay for a conference, Restaurant very good with good meal deal for £22 pounds you get a 3 course meal plus drink and a cooked breakfast next day. Exceptional value, would stay again. Staff most helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: Ideal. Central location for shopping and waterfront centre.

Restaurant offered a deal of 3 course meal including a glass of wine or beer & eat all you can breakfast for 22stg per person. Food was delicious & staff very friendly & efficient . Only fault was no car park but was city centre location . Parking was available 10 min walk away

Hits the Premier Inn standards well, rooms are reasonable size, beds are comfortable, staff are friendly, foyer / bar / breakfast all like the Premier Inn's in UK. Only differences are:
No Sky TV - Television in bar and rooms doesn't have satellite tv, so no Sky Sports which you usually find in UK.
No 24 hour drinking. Bar in hotel shuts at 1am, makes no difference if you are guest. There are security people there on the weekend to enforce this. Apparently this is down to Northern Ireland licensing laws.
Besides this it's a nice hotel in a great city.
