I wasn't expecting my stay at The Premier Inn to be as good as it was. The rooms are excellent, very tidy and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful even at 2am in the morning, special thanks to Ciara, Rachael and Andrea on the check in desk. Would definitely stay again, great value for money :)

Comfortable beds that could not be faulted. Excellent Buffet Breakfast with a fantastic selection. Two children eat free when adult pays for breakfast. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful as they drop what they are doing if one makes a request. Gemma, Paddy and other people on reception were very helpful. Good central location. Rooms were spotless.

WiFi limited to 30 minutes when all other hotels provide Free WiFi 24/7 so found that a bit mean.
Basin is located in bedroom and water powerful which meant that surrounding area got soaked.
Shower tray leaking but this was brought to the attention of staff and told that it would be rectified. No Parking and expensive to park nearby.
Regulation of temperature in bedroom was tricky but air conditioning was welcome on warm nights.
Breakfast expensive if dining alone but brilliant value if with family (Breakfast delicious but rashers were a little too well salted)
Room rate should take exchange rate into account. Expensive due to exchange.
Evening Menu expensive.
Lack of information booklets available even though staff were very helpful in providing information on local attractions.
Only instant coffee available in rooms while good quality coffee available for breakfast.

It may seem that I have more faults than good points but in all fairness, the faults are very minor. Above all, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, staff were excellent and helpful and breakfast was excellent if travelling as a family.

Visiting Belfast stay in the Cathedral Quarter. Loads of restaurants, bars and clubs.
Hotel right in centre of action, but this has to be balanced with odd revellers travelling home late at night singing.
Hotel staff and amenities excellent.
Car parking was one street over. Discounted public car park rate for 24 hour stay upon receipt from Hotel.
Would recommend as very reasonably priced budget hotel.

I found my stay here pleasant, the location was spot on and my friends got the end room with all the windows and extra space. The staff were very friendly and i will go back and stay. The breakfast is well worth a try, they even do quorn sausages for the veggies!

This hotel lived up to our expectations of a Premier Inn. Very comfortable room and bed, clean and safe. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. Good central location for accessing the city restaurants and shops. Can't fault it.

We have just returned from a two night stay at PEMIER INN and as this was our first trip to Belfast we booked based on trip advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. it is said first impressions are lasting and how true that is but the welcome we received from Andrea at reception as we checked in around 9.30 pm having at a very long and most enjoyable first day on the Antrim Coast was repeated again and again over our three days there. Although the restaurant closes at 9.45 Marty our waiter was most welcoming and accommodating when we asked if we could place an order. There was no sense of our being rushed and he was more than engaging and friendly to all three of us and patiently explained the children's options to our eight year old. So delicious was the food and so warm the atmosphere that we decided to have all our meals in the hotel restaurant. Porridge was freshly made and eggs freshly boiled or poached should you require them. There was a fantastic selection of fresh fruit and berries and my husband who likes a full breakfast thoroughly enjoyed the fry. On our second evening we were delighted to be greeted again by Marty who looked after us splendidly and whose service was friendly yet professional.
We learned that the Premier Inn prides itself on ensuring that guests enjoy a good night's sleep and we can certainly agree that indeed we all thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic night's sleep . I loved the bed which was so comfortable while our daughter was delighted with her own single bed beside ours. The only fault we would find is that already mentioned by other reviewers the presence of the sink unit in the bedroom. it does seem strange that the bathroom wasn't extended to incorporate same but to be honest it didn't bother us that much and I would certainly recommend this hotel for its welcome, its service, its location and if like us this is your first visit to Belfast then this is a perfect location. We knew when booking parking was off site so were prepared for the extra charge. the hotel staff are more than happy to help with directions and advice so don't hesitate when booking the Premier Inn in excellent value.

Room Tip: We were on level 4 and it was very quiet but I feel that this is a quiet hotel throughout.

Found it a little difficult navigating the one way streets in Belfast. When we arrived we realised there was no car park at the hotel however parking was provided, at a decent reduced rate for guests of the hotel, close by.

The staff at the hotel are really nice and very welcoming. Thats a big plus for me.

The room was a nice size and very comfortable. It was clean and new looking and has really good wifi.

We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel both days. They have a really good meal deal. If you opt for it you get dinner + a pint of beer or Pepsi and breakfast the next morning and the children get breakfast free. The breakfast is really good with a huge selection with both continental and cooked with fruit and yogurt and numerous cereals. The children's dinner menu is 3 coarse for 5.25 sterling and they have a very good selection. The adults menu has plenty of choice and we all enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The waitresses were very nice and always made conversation which was nice. The waiters could take a leaf out of their book.

The hotel is very well situated right next to the centre with plenty of shops and restaurants.

While we were here we visited the titanic exhibition and the w5 science exhibition. We all really enjoyed the w5.

Although the Premier inn cathedral quarter is a little plain from the outside it really surpassed my expectation and I would definitely return.
