Before the kids went back to school we took a short trip to Belfast and stayed overnight in the Premier Inn. The first thing we were happy about was the price - 2 family rooms for a total of £98. The rooms were clean and spacious. They were also extremely quiet and comfortable. Everyone slept well.
Because we had been out in W5 and didn't get back as early as hoped, my wife opted to eat in the room and put our 10 month old down for the night, and I brought our other 3 kids to the restaurant. I ordered a standard veggie burger with chips for myself (with a glass of house white), a mushroom risotto for my wife, which I said I would bring up to her, and 3 kids meals. The kids meals consisted of pizza marguerita with chips, a dessert and a soft drink. There were choices but they all went for the same option. The risotto arrived in a bowl wrapped in tinfoil and it was piping hot when it reached the room. The meals were all fine - it's not gourmet cuisine, but at a total cost of £40 was excellent value.
Breakfast was the best value. Both myself and my wife opted for the full breakfast, and the kids ate free. For a total of £17 we were all fed royally!
The staff in all areas of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.
Overall a great experience and I can honestly say that this "budget" hotel could teach some of the more expensive and exclusive hotels a thing or two. Top marks!

Great deal. Very worthwhile when attended a concert. Great staff lovely room great comfortable nights sleep. Brilliant value for money. When returning after concert we ordered food and the receptionist told us to go on to our room and she'd ring us up when it arrived.

The positives. Rooms spotless. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning in rooms. Excellent Breakfast. Two children eat free when adult pays. Staff very efficient, courteous and helpful and drop everything when a request is received. Good central location.

The negatives. WiFi limited to 30 minutes when all other hotels provide Free WiFi 24/7. Basin in bedroom and water powerful so can soak surround. Shower door leaking but brought to attention of staff. No Parking. Breakfast expensive if dining alone. Room rate expensive due to exchange rate. Evening Menu expensive. Lack of information booklets available even though staff were very helpful.

Would I stay there again? DEFINITELY.

Right In the city centre within walking distance to everything! We walked to the odyssey in 10mins easy. Arrived early knowing check in was at 2, very helpful blonde on reception was very accommodating and kept our cases for us to explore while they made up 2 rooms but she said we could come back at 12 & she could let us in then which she did. We had rooms 230 & 231. Quite a walk through the hotel which made you reluctant to go to reception for something. Bed was massive and amazing. By far the best I've ever ever slept in! Room was spacious and with a couch which obv turned Into another bed. Shower was good. Sink in bedroom next to bathroom rather that in bathroom but I think it's to open the room up more. There's a hair dryer and iron you can borrow from reception which is good but be warned they are limited. Bar got quite busy at night mostly with residents. Later at night the front door opens by room card only for security. Breakfast in the morning cost £17.50 for 2 people, yes it's eat as much as you like but you are better with continental or take a 5min stroll for £3.50 Irish breakfasts. Would defo stay again though.

Stayed here for one night when visiting Belfast for a concert. Location was great - a mere 2 minute walk to city centre so ideal ! Rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need -plus the bed was so comfy! Didn't eat breakfast as I think it is a bit over-priced. Staff very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Stayed in the Premier Inn, Waring Street, Belfast as part of my birthday celebrations on 23rd August 2014 due to the location being as it is in the Cathedral Quarter area of the City Centre. This means top restaurants and bars all within 5 minutes walk of the hotel.
The stay was great and I would just like to thank Ciara and Rachel on reception of the hotel for the professional and friendly welcome .
Both girls are a real asset to Premier Inn.
Also thanks again to them for arranging that I get allocated one of the best rooms in the hotel due to the special occasion.
This really was much appreciated and made for a very enjoyable stay.
