This hotel is in a good position in a small quiet side street. You are near to Ulster Hall, Grand Opera House, Guildhall, Tourist Information Office and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
After a false start, we were allocated a nice room on the 6th floor (thanks Lewis on reception). The bathroom was very modern with a large shower (no bath). It was nice to find a good sized safe in the clothes storage area. The room was clean and had tea/coffee making facilities and extra supplies were available from reception.
Breakfast was taken in the dining room, which was dark. There was normally a good selection of items but the muesli ran out after two days and wasn't replaced. You could have fried or poached eggs on request. The pork sausages were not of a good quality. We found that there were always staff on hand to greet you as you arrived and handle any requests.
We only ate once in the evening and found it to be basic pub grub.
We found the staff we encountered friendly and helpful.

Dear Margaret C

Thank you for staying with the Park Inn by Radisson.

I appreciate you taking the time to review the hotel and will be making sure that Lewis and the team see your nice comments. I also appreciate your feedback on the breakfast items, I will be addressing that with the teams involved to ensure there is a full stock of all choices. The dinner menu is about to see a big re-launch were we will be adding some more choice to the existing classic pub fare, a bit more "gastropub" choice if you will.

I hope that we can welcome you back to the hotel in the near future.

Kind regards

Darren

My husband and I stayed here for one night, when we arrived the reception staff were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. When we got to our room it was very clean and the bathroom was also excellently clean. Its in a good central location only few minutes walking distance to city centre. The only downside was that there was no parking,we had to park round the corner on the street and my husband had to get up at 8am to put a ticket on our car for the remaining two hours before we left which was a bit annoying, but overall a very good stay and we will definitely be back for a weekends break.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to go and see Dolly Parton at The Odyssey. It was fine - nice clean and fairly spacious room. The location is great as we could walk absolutely everywhere, which was lovely coming back from the concert (about 15 minute walk). Didn't have much to do with the staff apart from check in / out, probably because we didn't eat there so can't really comment much on that but everything appeared to be running smoothly.
Good value stay in the city centre.

My husband, teenage daughter, and I spent three nights here, and were happy with the location, room pricing, clean room, and helpful staff. From the hotel, we could walk to some superb restaurants, to the Victoria train station, and to the major shopping and sightseeing areas. We are accustomed to larger hotel rooms in the U.S., so this one seemed a little small for us, but was fine since we spent so little time in it, returning after full days exploring Belfast. We do prefer the bars of soap and individual toiletries (that Radisson hotels in the U.S. provide guests) to the wall dispenser of hand soap near the sink and the wall dispenser of shampoo/body soap in the shower at this hotel. If you like having hair conditioner, body lotion, and a shower cap, bring your own. We also enjoyed the bar and restaurant, especially when it was full of other guests cheering for their World Cup favorites. All in all, a good value and superb location.

Dear AblaAmina

Thank you for visiting us all the way from the US.

We were delighted to welcome you and your family to the hotel and were glad that you had a great time. The good news on the toiletries front is twofold, the in-room basics are about to be upgraded to a premium brand and we do offer miniatures of all the toiletries for anyone who prefers these to the dispensers.

I hope that we can welcome you back soon, and we are hoping that the US national team does well in the World Cup.

Regards

This is a good central location, 10 minutes' walk from City Hall (which is worth visiting for the free tour). Parking is 5 minutes' walk away & no more than £8/day. Accommodation is decent, although there is limited storage space or drawers in the room. Bathroom was decent size, but low quality soap dispenser. Some noise from the main entrance below, either garbage trucks collection or idling diesels from transport. Bar was lively, with good Guinness & even better service. Dinner there was OK pub type food. Breakfast was typical dismal hotel buffet - go to the Harlem Cafe 2 minutes walk away & eat like a king at a lower cost. Reception staff were very helpful, especially Stephen.

Room Tip: Go for a higher room, not overlooking the entrance.

Dear HertsTimelord

Thank you for your recent visit and your mostly positive review

I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location, service and of course the Guiness.

With regards to the breakfast, I hoped to convince you that it was more than a typical. For a three star hotel we offer a wide ranging selection of buffet and plated items to satisfy most every taste. In addition to the usual suspects (continental breakfast, hot items, cereals and tea/coffee), we offer a number of fresh plated items include omelettes, fried and poached eggs, fresh porridge and speciality coffees to order.

We are also pleased to announce that our in-room toiletries will soon be upgraded to a premium brand product. Watch this space for details.

I hope that we can welcome you back in the future

My sister and i stayed at the Park Inn on friday 13.
This is a lovely modern clean hotel.
The room (standard) with spacious and well laid out.
There is a massive shower, the whole room was spotlessly clean.
Tea and Coffee facilities are in the room.
Would definately recommend this hotel.

Our room at the Park Inn was large, clean and well-organised with a great, roomy shower in the bathroom. However, the double-sized quilt on the king-sized bed made for a power struggle in the night as my partner and I fought for it!
The staff in Reception were all most helpful, recommending things to do/places to visit or eat in Belfast. The staff for breakfast were pleasant but, understandably, fewer in number over the weekend than midweek. There was no-one to greet us for breakfast on arrival on Friday, but we worked it out for ourselves, and this changed on Monday when everything seemed to have gone up a gear. Breakfast itself was varied with a great deal of choice, and really set us up for our walking tours of the city.

Dear Yorkshire_Lass2

Thank you for staying at Park Inn by Radisson and for your review.

I have passed your feedback onto housekeeping to address the issue. We should have had a larger duvet. I am glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

I hope we can see you again soon
