Wonderful location. Clean and reasonably comfortable- all Ibis hotels are the same really. No car park. Some noisy guests staying which disturbed my staff.. Would have been great to have free wi-fi.
Overall staff friendly and helpful

I stayed here recently in a triple room which was good value and spacious as well as clean. The hotel has a 24 hour bar available and serves breakfast from 4am until 12pm which is great! Located in the university area close to a lot of bars and restaurants and a 10-15 walk into the city centre.

stayed here for 3 fantabulous nights. The room had a view of the street on one side and a church on the other side. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was luxurious, it's the biggest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. there was enough soap and shampoo, the towels were soft and clean, I loved everything about this hotel.
There is a buffet breakfast which begins at 4:00a.m. there is a wide selection of food to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful.
So if you are visiting Northern Ireland, just check into the Ibis Belfast Queens Quarter for the best rates, service and helpful staff. You are certain to enjoy your stay there.
You can get daily buffet dinner at the China China Restaurant which is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It's the best tasting chinese food you'll ever get. There is also a take away service @ £4 a box and if you know how to pack it, you can get a meal for 2.

Room Tip: Room 203 if fantastic.

Went as a group of four couples for a short break in Belfast and chose the Ibis on price and reviews, we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent selection for breakfast, and, for us, ideal location. Would book this again.

Hi! Just back from a weekend in Belfast! We picked the Ibis due to the availability as all other hotel were fully booked due to the march taken place! I was reluctant at first, mainly due to the cheapness of it! However we were all more than pleasantly surprise!
The service was first class and nothing was a hassle at all for the staff!!
We arrive at the hotel at 8am, although check in wasn't till the afternoon, we just wanted to drop our bags off....we were pleased to be actually offered our room at that point....which was great for a freshen up before visiting the titanic!!
I also forgot to print some documents off, which I explained to the hotel receptionist! She kindly offered for me to email to her and she would print them
Off, which again was a life saver!!
Room was spotless....
Breakfast, although smaller fried selection was fresh and enjoyable...
Staff, 1st class
Location....perfect!!
Thanks

Our booking informed us that we could pay for the room on arrival. However, whilst doing so we were told that unless we could produce ID, we not stay there. when asked why, we were told it was company policy.
We have stayed a few times at a Ibis Hotel in Belfast and was never asked for ID before..
Apart from this setback, we had a comfortable night although the misses had to get up an put the heating on. Would we stay ere again? If we had too.
