Stayed for 1 night on wettest night in Belfast (27/6). Welcoming arrival at reception and friendly guy who explained nearby car-park prices/discount etc. Room immaculately clean, modern and quiet. 6th Floor - good views of skyline and H&W crane. Due to bad weather we just ate in the hotel restaurant. Pub-food choice but fine when you just want to stay in. We had Lasagne and Chilli and FAB onion rings - piping hot. Waiting staff were polite & friendly. Nice quiet night's sleep. The en-suite is POD-like (as per other IBIS) with good hot fast shower. Great price via IBIS website, only booked it the night before. Tip - check out "Executive Package" tab on the website, as I managed to get the same rate as the normal rate of £55 but Exec included breakfast for 2 and free Wi-fi. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again. P.S. Loved Titanic Experience. Looking forward to returning to Belfast sometime soon.

My husband and I stayed here recently in order to attend the Titanix Exhibition. Its only 5 minutes walk from city centre. The rooms were very clean albeit very warm and we onlyy had a small window which opened an inch!! compact en suite with good shower,. Breakfast was good self service with bacon, sausage, scrambled egg also full continental etc The area around hotel is a bit run down.Hotel is Value for money

Because my transport plans went wrong at the end of a busy business trip, at 8pm I found that I needed to check-in to a hote for the night. As a walk in customer, I found the receptionist helpful and was provided with a good rate for a comfortable room. I found the room to be similar to that of other mid-range hotel chains, but appreciably neater and more tidy than many I've stayed at. The location was good - close to the heart of the city. But, because of my late arrival and early departure, I've no idea what the quality of the view over the city was like.

Room Tip: Higher rooms will be quieter - the hotel is close to city centre shops and all the sights

I had never stayed in an Ibis Hotel and a good offer of £35 for a night tempted me to this one. The hotel has recently opened and the rooms and bathroom are excellent. New, fresh clean. The design of the bathroom is a masterclass in design.
The bar and resturant area is a bit cold and dark but the service and food were fine.
The Hotel is in the city centre and easy to walk anywhere.
The only downside is that the hotel in not in a particularly solubrious area of Belfast. I wouldn't be keen to walk back there alone after dark.

Room Tip: The higher up (9 floors) the quieter.

Went to Belfast by ferry from Cairnryan. Would certainly travel this way again. Hotel Ibis by taxi from ferry £10.00. Hotel itself lovely, clean, modern, good price and very helpful staff, approx 5 mins walk to city centre, plenty of shops, cafes, bars on the way. Did the open bus tour, best way to enjoy the sights and history of Belfast.
Did the Titanic Museum, can honestly say well worth going to, saw the Titanic in a totally different light.
For a spur of the moment break, would stay at this hotel again. Loved Belfast.

I stayed in this hotel from 18 to 20 June . The location of the hotel is in the city centre of Belfast . All the city amenities are within walking distance . The staff were very welcoming and helpful . The room was clean and spacious . There were choices of continental and buffet breakfast , though the options of hot items were limited . I found the charge for wifi reasonable compared to other Ibis hotels . I would highly recommend this hotel if somebody is on a city break and on a budget .

Room Tip: Ask for rooms on the seventh floor if you want a good view of the city .

Stayed for one night. 2 eighteen year olds, booked well in advance and placed in a handicapped room with a wet room instead of an average bathroom. However we didn't mind, we had friends and drinks up in our room before going out with no trouble from the staff. Felt safe and secure with the key card locking system and the tv was great in the room too. Hotel was easy to find and there was always staff around even when we returned from our night our around 1.30am.
The only downside is that we were placed in an unneeded handicapable room, the hairdryer didn't work and the bathroom floor wasnt the cleanest. It was great value for money and we will be staying again in the future. As the location is top notch.
