Stayed here for 2 nights and to summarise: good location, prices very reasonable, hotel very clean, rooms basic, breakfast excellent.

The hotel is in a good location just a short walk from City Hall, the rooms are small but perfectly acceptable for a short stay, good sized shower with lots of hot water. Hotel provides Dove shower wash and soap which is a nice touch. Towels are very small and you only get one so suggest taking your own.

Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows, small sized tv in a good position, full sized mirror with hair dryer next to it so good when getting ready! Hair dryer was ok but goes off if when it has been on for a while.

The hotel staff were constantly cleaning whilst we where there so it really is spotless including the toilets.

Breakfast was excellent value, it is self serve which included bread rolls, bread for toast (toaster worked very well unlike most hotel toasters!) 3 types of cereal, pastries, scrambled eggs, beans, bacon and sausage. Good choice of drinks from juices to hot drinks.

Small bar in the hotel again good value.

No complaints at all would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel, rooms clean and staff friendly, would avoid breakfast very basic and not very tasty but a lot of places near by for food! Location is perfect for shopping and nightlife! Can get late drinks also!

We went with group of friends.Rooms were very clean and the bathroom is also very clean and tidy. From my room window, I can see the whole city.Staff were very helpful and knowledgable, especially Stephanie was helpful. Manager helped in finding room for Saturday. The hotel staff booked the city tour for us. The food was brilliant and we had very good time in this hotel. Whenever I visit Belfast, I would love to stay in this hotel only.

10 minutes walk from city centre and Europa bus station. Basic hotel but clean. Couldn't fault it and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only down side was I found the bed slightly uncomfortable for me but the wife found it okay. Will stop again

Room Tip: Our room was on the 9th floor with a reasonable view.

This is ideal for the city center. Its at the back of Castle Court Shopping centre and is easy access from the westlink and cheap car parking nearby £7 for 24hrs. Nice and quiet too with tea/coffee making in room
