“A pleasant surprise!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 June 2014

I stayed here with my boyfriend for one night. I have to say we both were pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was good, the big shower was lovely. The location of the hotel isn't very beautiful but it's close to everything. You can reach pubs, restaurant, the bus- and train stations and shops in a few minutes. The staff was nice and helpful! We stayed in a top floor so the view was quite beautiful. The only minus is that traffic is quite loud pretty much all the time and we could hear it very clear even on the 9th floor. The comfortable bed however made sleeping easy :) All in all my stay was very good and I will be more than happy to stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

I stayed here on a trip with my parents and partner for two nights. The rooms were adequate. Breakfast was okay too. Free wifi but the internet codes did not work on the second day when we got new codes so perhaps they have problems with it sometimes. The room felt a little dated and had marks on the walls and the bathrooms are in a unit which looked cheap and reminded me of train toilets. Not bad and on the fringe of central belfast but a little bit of walking was required in order to explore the city.

Spotlessly clean if not a tad warm - when I mentioned the heat, the receptionist immediately found me a cooler room.
The cleaning staff were meticulous and very pleasant.
Very handy for shops, theatre, bus & rail links.
De innately stay here again.

Room Tip: Lower floors are coolest which suited me. Even numbers have a street view!

Stayed here two nights for the Giro D'Italia. First class service. Early morning call on the button, and staff persisted until I answered, not an automated system!!. At 05:45 in the dining room I asked for porridge for breakfast and the staff turned up trump, above and beyond the call etc. Reception staff were friendly and approachable and the dining staff very understanding, even when this visitor dozed off in the dining room after 14 hours on his feet.
A couple of weeks after my stay I bumped into a fellow guest who was also over in Belfast for the Giro. He reckons that the food in the City Centre Ibis is better than any of the others in the brand that he has stayed in.
Vikrant Tyagi you have a great team.

Room Tip: "rooms overlooking King Street should be quieter, especially during the week."

After staying at several B&B's it is good to stay at a simple and functional hotel. Nice room and bathroom, excellent continental breakfast, excellent service. The location is also great, just a block up from McDonald's in Belfast city centre. Be careful if you need parking, because it is not on the hotel premises. It is a block away in a 24hour car park and costs 6 pounds. But altogether, value for money.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room.

Good city centre location, clean and comfy rooms, and very helpful and friendly staff. I stayed here for the Belfast marathon and we had a brilliant stay, and really the staff couldn't have been any better.
