Perfect city centre location, bedroom spotless clean, nice and modern. Great selection of hot/cold food for breakfast, free wifi. Parking right across the street for only £6 at weekend. Very easy and relaxed hotel to stay in, will definitely return.

Room Tip: We were on the 9th floor, quiet and had great views of the city.

One night stay for business at about £70 to include breakfast.

Rooms are pretty standard for the Ibis chain, so generally clean, reasonable size etc. Bit worrying about what looked like dried splats of blood on one of the walls but couldn't be sure and a slightly odd smell in the room when I got there that never seemed to go away, seemed to be coming from the shower drain. Not much noise was noticeable from outside the room and the aircon system worked very well so overall slept very well.

Breakfast is very average, even for the price, coffee is the worst I have had in a hotel. Watered down brown water is the best I can say about it.

Laundry bins were left in the lift lobby overnight so a bit of a waft in the at area everytime you used the lifts.

Have stayed in better inner-city hotels (inc. other Ibis) so will probably look for somewhere else next time I am in Belfast. The extra to 'upgrade' to a Novotel is probably worth it.

This is a good hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms comfortable and very clean. Not as sound proofed as the brochure in the room stated but no where is sound proofed in a city centre. Not the greatest area in Belfast but very close to the city centre and it is easy to walk everywhere. We had the breakfast one morning and it was not great. They need to sort this out as for £8 each it was not worth it.

If you are looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay for a few nights in a convenient location in Belfast - stay here! The Ibis is a great hotel. The rooms are the perfect size, the beds are comfortable, the washrooms are clean. There is free wifi (although you need annoying vouchers from the front desk). There is lots of choice at breakfast which is open from 4am to noon! The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is by no means a luxury hotel and don't expect too many amenities, but it is great value for your money. The location is also convenient - easy walking distance to Titanic quarter, Victoria square etc...and relatively quiet at night. We stay here everytime we come to Belfast and we'll be back.

Clean room, good bathroom, helpful staff who let us check in early. Good value and handy location. We checked in the morning after the 12th and the place was busy and full, but the staff still had time to be attentive. The bar and breakfast facilities didn't appear up to much. On the whole I would recommend this as a place to stay.

We had a 1 night stay with a reasonably late check in and earlyish departure. What we needed was a convenient, cheaper end, central location. This hotel ticked those boxes. We also stayed at other Ibis chain hotels on this trip, and this one seemed to be more at the basic end, although that may have been one factor in the overall room cost. Check in and out was efficient and helpful.
Would like to see this hotel compare more equally with other Ibis hotels in terms of overall room quality, facilities, and cleanliness.
