Clean and well kept hostel. Well situated close to some great bars and a short walk from the major sights. All the facilities you need/expect from a good hostel and a warm friendly welcome from the staff. Enjoyed the chill out pool room and garden and informal relaxed lounge area. Tea/coffee and wifi all day :) Can't be beaten for price. Will definitely use again next time I'm in Belfast.

I stayed here for a few days while staying in the city. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the people who run the place were very welcoming. The place itself is nicely decorated, has everything you would expect from a top class establishment and is located right by the city centre. Great stay.

I stayed at this hostel for one night and was completely satisfied. The hotel is a 10 min-walk from the Europa bus center in Belfast which is convenient. The hostel is very nicely decorated and this is good feel to it. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean (knowing the hostel was almost fully booked it is always worth pointing), the kitchen is well stocked though I didn't use it. The beds are very comfortable with good mattresses and pillows and warm blankets, though we didn't really need the blankets as the room was a bit too warm, but it is probably better than a room where it is freezing cold. Front door is unlocked with a badge that goes with your room key so security is very good. The staff really tries hard to have people respect the 11pm curfew and honestly it was quiet after 11pm. The staff is very helpful and try their best to please everybody. Overall a pleasant stay and a very good city hostel.

I stayed at Vagabonds by myself for a weekend while visiting Belfast. The staff were very very welcoming and friendly and knew everything about the city. They not only recommended me places to go and eat, but booked me onto a black cab tour and directed me around town. The hostel itself is bright, colourful and well kept — probably the best I've stayed at. Breakfast is included, there was no wait for the showers/bathrooms, usually. The beds/rooms are big, airy and quiet. Location was in the University Quarter, about a seven minute walk from the city centre and about a 10 minute cab from Belfast City Airport. Some other hostels may have better advertising, but don't be swayed. Stay at Vagabonds, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: bring a lock for under-bed lockers and a towel.

This place rocks. Folks were so kind and friendly. Nice kitchen, great rooms, good breakfast in the morning, all this for 20 pounds pp in a double. Really good value. Would always recommend. Very close to the city and to Queens University and Ulster Museum.
