“3 mins away from the airport bus”
Reviewed 24 April 2013

We stayed at this hotel in a April 2013. Booked this hotel through Jury's inn web site and got a slightly cheaper rate the Booking.com. Plus free breakfast.

Our room faced the church which was a bonus, however it can be slightly noisy in the morning if you are light sleeper. The heater in our room was not very adequate to keep warm, we have to request for a fan heater.

The Wifi Internet cost £10/24h, while you can get it for free in the other hotel (dukes at queen, Belfast).

The easiest and economical to see around town is the hop on hop off bus. It cost £9 for 48h. There are 2 bus companies, we took Allen's bus. The tour guide (Gary) at the Jury's Inn hotel (Allen's bus) was supper helpful and friendly. I would strongly recommend Gary if you happen to stay here.

If you like shopping, there is a shop call TK Max which situated at the main stop of the Allen Tour bus which can be fairly cheap. This shop is equivalent to T J Max or Dress for Less of America.

The giant cause way tour was also recommended. Cost $16 through the Alen's bus company.

Stayed here on a tour. Great location in central Belfast. 10 GBP for 24hrs of wifi. Breakfast was quite good. Full Irish breakfast. Choice of pillows and room was quite nice. Close to the Town Hall, and easy to get around the city centre.

The staff were great; warm and friendly with recommendations for things to see and do nearby and some friendly banter to boot.
The room was spacious if a bit tired but very good value given the room rate
The only real problem was the bed, it was so hard. It felt like a thin mattress on a table-top and caused us both to wake up a couple of times during the night.

Hotel is lovely. Clean & modern. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Food was very nice.
Hotel is very near the bus station, so easy to get to & from Belfast International Airport. It is also central to do all the sights. Titanic museum is a bit of a walk, however you can buy a 3 day open top bus ticket from Allans tours (outside hotel) and use that to get there.
Would definitely use this hotel again.
Irish hospitality was wonderful.

Staff very friendly
Stayed on a weekend night very lively
They had a problem with some guest causing noise which did not affect me but they apologise to me which I was very impressed with.
Every thing is with in walking distance although the titanic museum is best done by cab 30mins walk or 10 pound

The highlight of our tour of Ireland was Belfast. The hotel was good and close to the city centre and transport. Breakfast was good, so much food. Only thing I didn't like was the black pudding, got it everywhere in Ireland. It was cooked fine and my partner loved it but not something I would eat. Staff were friendly and enjoyed staying there. If we ever go back to Belfast we will stay there again.

I am writing this on behalf of my parents so this is their comments. They spent 2 nights here last week and really enjoyed their stay. The room was comfortable, the service was lovely and they came back from Belfast with an overall great impression of the city and Northern Ireland. My only comment would be is the lack of help I got from head office when I tried to pay for an upgrade for my mum's birthday. They were unhelpful and directed me to the travel agent rather than deal with it themselves.
