“Great location and value!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 May 2013

Stayed here for one night in May. Comfortable beds and great location. Only steps away from Belfast city hall. Lauren at the front desk was really helpful with providing a map and giving suggestions of what to do in the city.

Excellent location - 3 minutes walk from the bus/train station and the same from City Hall. Open top buses stop outside and last but not least Belfast's pub of the year across the road (owned by the National Trust) and even playing live music on a Thursday night. Reception at the Hotel was great - efficient, friendly and very helpful. The room was large for a standard room - had a sofa in too. Bed was comfy. Only disappointing bit was no food available when I arrived at 10.15pm and bar is very quiet - also serves Costa Coffee and muffins, etc. Buffet breakfast was OK - standard selection of hot and cold food. If I am in Belfast again would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights was looking for somewhere cheap. It's a good location just 10 mins from the main shopping area. No breakfast included. Room was a little dated but clean. Hot water in the shower. I got what I paid for essentially.

Stayed for one night only and enjoyed a fuss-free stay. Staff were pleasant and efficient. I would return. The evening meal I had in the hotel was good, but not outstanding. The service was excellent.

Stayed on business for one night as dining out in city centre, so location perfect. Lift can only be used if you have a room key which increases security. Colour scheme on bedroom corridor was a bit drab. Room was fine, overlooking central courtyard so very quiet.

Hot breakfast was a disappointment.

Good hotel in city center. Not easy if you have a car. No parking place around this hotel. Rooms are spacious with a flat screen TV. Good staff hotel and the breakfast was good in a large area. The bar of this hotel is great after a late dinner. Good to stay in city center

If your looking for a city centre hotel in Belfast then as far as location goes this is it. Rooms are spacious enough and flat screen televisions are provided as are toiletries. We were given room number 138 which looked on to the back of the hotel and was very dark and gloomy. I asked reception if we could move and a lovely lady called Karen soon sorted it out and even helped us move. Thanks Karen. The staff are welcoming, friendly and informative they will arrange taxi's and morning wake up calls.Only downside is it can get a bit noisy if there is hen party's but thats to be expected in the city centre.

Room Tip: Ask for front of hotel
