Typical modern hotel chain. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for exploring central Belfast. Nice breakfast buffet. Close to Opera House. Modern room with good bathroom. Few blocks from city center.

Room Tip: don't know if there was a swimming pool or fitness center

In Belfast for meetings and stayed here, rooms are what you would expect, this is not the Ritz, it is however well located and scores in that regard, breakfast is adequate, I did have to wait at check in ( that was after work so not an early check in ) and my room was actually in use as an interview room of some sort, the staff had to remove chairs and convert it back to a bedroom, I didn't mind that but it shows how inter changable the furnishings are.

It's a vanilla offering but you are not paying for 5 stars.

Stayed here for one night in May. Comfortable beds and great location. Only steps away from Belfast city hall. Lauren at the front desk was really helpful with providing a map and giving suggestions of what to do in the city.

Excellent location - 3 minutes walk from the bus/train station and the same from City Hall. Open top buses stop outside and last but not least Belfast's pub of the year across the road (owned by the National Trust) and even playing live music on a Thursday night. Reception at the Hotel was great - efficient, friendly and very helpful. The room was large for a standard room - had a sofa in too. Bed was comfy. Only disappointing bit was no food available when I arrived at 10.15pm and bar is very quiet - also serves Costa Coffee and muffins, etc. Buffet breakfast was OK - standard selection of hot and cold food. If I am in Belfast again would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights was looking for somewhere cheap. It's a good location just 10 mins from the main shopping area. No breakfast included. Room was a little dated but clean. Hot water in the shower. I got what I paid for essentially.

Stayed for one night only and enjoyed a fuss-free stay. Staff were pleasant and efficient. I would return. The evening meal I had in the hotel was good, but not outstanding. The service was excellent.

Stayed on business for one night as dining out in city centre, so location perfect. Lift can only be used if you have a room key which increases security. Colour scheme on bedroom corridor was a bit drab. Room was fine, overlooking central courtyard so very quiet.

Hot breakfast was a disappointment.
