“Pleasantly Surprised”
Reviewed 15 July 2013

Its been a while since I stayed in a Jurys Inn and while on an overnight stopover, I booked myself in. I was pleasantly surprised at my stay.

The hotel is a 3 star hotel however the service is a 4 star. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A mix up in the restaurant had the staff member believe that I was not booked in for breakfast however he did not make a fuss and rectified the matter promptly.

Breakfast is buffet style and there is plenty to chose from. Nothing worse than a buffet breakfast where you are waiting for items to be cooked but no such issues here.

The hotel is centrally located, straight off the motorway/dual carriageway and there is a third party secure car park next door. (Note the car park is not owned or run by the hotel)

Recommended.

Buffet Breakfast in the morning is gorgeous they have load's of different food's to suit everyone. Vey close to town centre. Also out front of hotel are tour buses to show you around the city "brill" Don't listen to people with their bad comment's most people only come to trip adviser to bad mouth. Load's of thing's to do in Belfast for all age's

Room Tip: It can be quiet noisy at the front of the hotel when people are going home after a night out so mayb...

Just back from a weekend in Belfast, staying one night at Jury's Inn, Great location for exploring the city. You can also pick up a city tour bus from outside the hotel. The gentleman working for Jury's who advises on tours is a real gentleman. Good breakfast. Professional and helpful staff (all of them that I encountered), even after I tried putting half a croissant through the toaster and it went on fire! Clean room. Only niggle is that there seemed to be no air conditioning in the room - it was an unusually sunny spell and the room was very warm all night, even with the window open. Having a single sheet to use instead of a duvet would have helped a little. However I'd be very happy to book in there again. Very good value for money.

Spend a night in this Hotel. Perfect stay. Check in quick and the girls on the desk are a credit to the Hotel, Very chatty and seemed they really cared for there guests. Room Clean beds are very comfortable all you could need for a 1 Night Stay. If I was to pick 1 negative it would be the men on Reception at night time, 1 of them was very rude to my self , but on a whole great place. will return :)

One night here as I had a horribly early bus to Dublin airport the next morning. I wasn't looking for opulence, and didn't eat In the hotel, so I can only comment on the room and service. Both were fine. And it is absolutely central and handy for everything in the city. No complaints from me as a value-for -money city centre stop.
