We stayed here at the weekend for the Christmas markets and shopping, other hotels we stayed in before were to far out, however the locations of Jury's was perfect only 2 streets away from the shops and Christmas market. There was also a multistory car park 5mins walk away, only cost £12 for 3 days parking as long as you show them you stayed at the hotel. Staff were excellent, so nice, genuinely nice nit fake customer service nice. Bar and restaraunt were good and rooms were good, immaculately clean. Lots of convenience shops right opposite the hotel and also you just 2 mins from the Grand Opera House and the Europa bus/train station, would stay again.

For a business trip this hotel was fine. Nice bright spacious rooms. Comfortable and warm with plenty space. Food was good and good value. The hotel is very central with shops nearby and some really nice Bars and Restaurants close by too.

A good hotel: Nice bed and bathroom, but the small sofa/extra bed was horrible! And, paying extra for wifi these days? No thank you! Extra for wifi should soon be deemed something of the past for any reputable hotel!

Stayed here last weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the size and decor in the room. The room was quite large compared to other hotels I've stayed in in Belfast. I requested a quiet room on a high floor and I got this. The bed was very comfy too. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and they held our bag for us when our room wasn't ready. The hotel is well located for shopping and dining. We didn't park in the recommended car park instead we parked in the NCP multi storey car park on the Dublin Road, about a 5 minute walk away, which is more secure in my opinion and a little cheaper. I would definitely stay in Jurys again.
