We recently stayed in Jurys while we attended The Balmoral Show, we chose it for it's close location to the train/bus station. It is also only a £10 taxi ride from the ferry terminals.
The hotel was very comfortable and clean and we had a 1 double/ 1 single room on the 5th floor which had everything we needed and was peaceful and quiet looking over the green park next door.
The buffet breakfast was included in the price and had everything that anyone might want, we encountered no queues but because we had plans each day were down each day by 8.30am
The reception staff were very helpful looking up train times etc and advising on tourist attractions and the outside staff were great at advising of directions and hailing taxis.
Belfast City Hall and all the shopping streets are within a 5 minute walk.
This is probably not a destination hotel but extremely comfortable and well situated for seeing and doing in Belfast.

Room Tip: We had no traffic noise on the 5th floor

Stayed in Jury's Inn for business on a number of occasions during February, March and April. Hotel clean and staff very friendly and helpful during stay.

Only downside is that restaurant can be busy at breakfast but the food is good plenty choices hot or cold.

Would stay here again if back in Belfast.

Decided to stay in Jurys rather than a local competitor for a change. Paid £105 for 1 night and breakfast.

Sorry but the breakfast arrangements were so dire that the price difference to a competitor is not worth it. The restaurant was packed for breakfast -no problem if we had been told to come back in 10 mins but were simply told, it's self service so find a table. The restaurant was packed so we walked the entire way round to find a table which was about to be vacated. While the staff tried to keep the tables cleared and the food topped up, it was very busy. We just felt that we were eating in a school canteen, rushed and get it in you so the next person could sit down. Simply not the best start to the working day!

While the location is excellent, other hotels are nearby and offer a better breakfast service. The 3 rating is to reflect that the room was clean and the staff are helpful.

Room Tip: Was in room 108 - looking out on to quiet road.

Stayed in the hotel during the Giro. In typical fashion the hotel looked for 239 euro for a triple room. It was extoronate as there was no breakfast with it. Hotel was clean and friendly but the price put a damper on it.

Room Tip: Belfast is a small city shop around

Dear Mr Murphy,

I hope you are well and thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. It was great to see the city so busy over a very successful Giro and great to see so many visitors around the city and wider area for the whole weekend.

I am very sorry to hear that you found us to be too expensive over the period and I hoped that we may have the opportunity to discuss your stay further if you have the chance.

I would really appreciate if you could e-mail me on the address below so I can contact you directly.

Kind Regards

Stayed as attending a corporate function in Europa, room upgraded on arrival. One of these modern hotels that doesn't seem to encourage socialising in the foyer - in that it isn't really designed for that. Ok stay, buffet breakfast, nothing really to rave about.

No room service. Mediocre breakfast. Incredible street noise in the room, like the window is open. No temperature controls. Water ran occasionally scalding whilst in the shower. Challenged for evidence of identity when collecting "room service" from restaurant. At least the wifi is decent.

We stayed there during the Giro cycle race. It was vey busy but that did not reflect on the attention that we received. The rooms were lovely and clean and had everything that was stated in the broucher. Will defo visit again and will let my family know about our stay.

Room Tip: we stayed in room 114. nice room but the view was not so good.
