I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel! Staff were really helpful- we were greeted by a lovely receptionist called Amy and she couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and spacious. Will look forward to coming back very soon!!

Stayed here for one night; came to see the Game of Thrones exhibit. Room was a bit dated but it was totally fine for our short stay. Breakfast was pretty decent. Express checkout lets you just drop your keycard in a letter box which was nice. Good location for seeing Belfast City centre. Short walk to city hall, shopping streets and train station.

Excellent hotel in the city centre, couple of minutes walk to main bus terminus where buses depart every 15 minutes to and from airport. Staff friendly, professional and rooms immaculate. Had breakfast each day which had a great choice. Travelled with 2 friends so was great to get a triple room which other hotels did not offer. If going to Belfast, would recommend this hotel, location was ideal, hop on hop off bus stops outside, tourist info over the road alongside the best and oldest pub I believe in Belfast, think it was called the Crown.

Great location friendly staff throughout great value for money. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice it was buffet style but was always replenished regularly meaning it was fresh. The rooms were clean and warm with tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom had a bath and overbath shower which was one of the most powerful showers I've seen in a hotel room. Spent 3 nights here and loved every moment.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is perfect to explore Belfast and really near great pubs Robertson and The Crown. The room was ideal, clean and functional. The reception staff were fab, helpful and friendly as were the breakfast staff too. Great service and would have scored a 5 however the late night bar staff were not as friendly. Think they need some training in manners and what late bar has no Baileys! The bar top was also very sticky! On checking out we entered the lift and a service staff member entered no good morning then pressed the button before us and so the lift went up not down - no apology. These are minor things that should not effect your decision to stay as it's a practical fairly inexpensive hotel in a great location however these little things stop it being an all round great hotel which is a shame.
Also one thing to be aware of is being hounded literally chased in reception by the bus tour sellers esp one in a blue jacket. We felt pressurised to buy a tour which in the end worked out well but just be aware. I feel the hotel allows this to happen knowingly in their reception area and I understand people need to sell and earn a living however it's a hard sell. All this said I would not hesitate to choose jury's again when visiting Belfast

I must say, on occasion when I have stayed here previously the hotel has been less than clean, however, after staying recently I must congratulate the housekeeping staff on a very impressive clean environment all over, reception was extra clean, corridors and rooms. The only minor complaint I would have is the fact the room was extremely cold on arrival and the corridor smelt like someone had smoked. The staff were pleasant, courteous and friendly.

Stayed in hotel for one night in August. Receptionist was ok she sounded like she was new and was unsure of things like when I asked about the taxi tours. Didn't give all the info on hotel I just overheard the other receptionist telling another guest. The room I was given smelled of stale cigarettes room needed a deep clean. I rang reception they apologised and said that would change my room straight away. We went back down and while they were sorting out my room the receptionist starting dealing with with phone calls! There is parking at the back of the hotel which I think should be free for residence. The location of hotel is great it is close to bars and restaurants.
