Hilton Belfast is a good choice for business travelers. Ample restaurant and nice location overlooking the river. Desk staff were helpful and removed the internet charges when I asked. Caution the odd numbered rooms face the tracks and the trains can be heard every 30 minutes if the window is open. I didn't hear the train with the window closed, though.

We stayed for 2 nights 16th 17th August. Great room, great breakfast. Young Lad working in Executive lounge was 1st class. Reception staff were great too. 5 minutes and we were in City centre. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Belfast. The room was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the location and the beautiful walk along the river. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Belfast!

We stayed here for 1 night in early July and found this to be a great location. We did have a issue when we first checked in to find the room we were allocated already had guests staying in it! This was as much a shock for them as it was us but this was resolved quickly by recption. The room was large and very clean and the views of Belfast are excellent. We had access to the executive lounge and this also has great views of the city. While breakfast is good with plenty of variety try to sit at a lower level seat as it can get quiet warm if you sit by the large windows on the higher seating level. While a car park is attached to the hotel and offers a discount for parking its still expensive at £18 per night. The hotel location is good for walking to the city centre as its just a 5 minute walk. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in Belfast.

Stayed here for one night in August 2014. The hotel room I had was OK but could do with a refurb. The rest of the hotel seemed fine. The hotel is a 10-15 walk from main shopping and bar/restaurant area. Would not stay again.

What is the point of trying to use one chain to get the benefits of your loyaty when there is nothing in return? Strange to say that previously got the suite last time but that might have been to do with arriving so late, great room little time to use it! with so many floors dedicated to executive rooms I found it hard to believe that they were all occupied. The receptionist could only be best described as curt, don't take your bad day out on the guests. This was somewhat mitigated by the excellent service from Siobhain in the executive lounge the reception staff could do with some coaching from her. The score would have been far higher if all the staff took a leaf from her book.

Room Tip: Don't ask the reception staff for an upgrade as you'll find the executive rooms fully booked...

All in all, a good place to stay. Modern hotel, somewhat stark. Clean, comfortable rooms. Walked to the Titanic museum in 30min. Expensive parking is next door at an unaffiliated garage. Good breakfast, good service, nice people at the desk; very helpful with recommendations for dinner and music--need a taxi for dinner or clubs. Don't get a river view room--it includes the train track with rumbling and screeching every 10-20 min until midnight.
