It our second time here and we had the Penthouse suite 1215. A great room with a fantastic view over the river Lagan and the shipyard. The hotel is easily accessible to all the main attractions and concert venues. Donna and Krystina were suberb hostesses in the executive lounge, where from 6pm - 8-30 pm each day there are complimentary alcoholic and soft drinks served, as well as a small selection of hot canapes. They were full of craic and could not have been more helpful in looking after us.
On my last visit I commented about the lobby bar having a poor atmosphere and boxing being shown on the TV. Nothing has changed, still showing boxing which is not what you want to see when you just want to chill out after a busy day. Its attatched to a multi storey car park where from level 3 you walk straight in to the reception of the hotel. On checkout if you present your hotel bill with your parking ticket you get a reduced rate. Fri - Sun cost me £36 Its as secure as any car park can be.
Enjoyed the Hotel a lot and will definately return soon :))

Flew to Belfast for a concert at the Odyssey Arena. Stopped at the Hilton mainly due to its location - 15 min walk to the Arena
Staff very polite and helpful. Room was on the first floor and clean. There were a few issues with the room- minimal though - bathroom door sticking, and window catch loose - but generally a pleasant experience and would stop there again.

I stayed in the Hilton recently for business purposes. While staff were extremely efficient and very friendly I was disappointed with the hotel in general especially when I took the cost of the stay into consideration. I was told on check in that I was stay in a renovated room. The bed in the room was a single bed (no problem there) but it was the most narrow single bed I had ever seen! Turning was not advisable! I chose the hotel as the function I was attending was also there. I noticed 5 stars on a plaque just outside the door....is it a 5 star. The rooms are certainly not 5 star anyway and the entrance is a little run down looking.
Breakfast was lovely but everything else was extra including newspaper delivered to the room (which I had not been informed I would be charged for) and water in the room. I have stayed in hotels before and none of these things were charged. I also noted there was no shower cap provided.
I hasten to add that while disappointed I have to mention the staff again. They were really nice and couldn't be more helpful.

I stayed at this hotel on a weekly basis for about 18 months and was always impressed with the rooms and quality of service. Having stayed at the Belfast Radisson for the 6 months prior to this, the Hilton was far superior in terms of service and friendliness / efficiency of staff.
The menu is fairly limited for vegetarians but the kitchen were always willing to try and accommodate requests. Good breakfast choices.
All staff were friendly and efficient and made staying there a pleasure (very important when you're away from home on business on a regular basis).
Rooms clean and of a good standard - especially those on the higher floors which have been redecorated.
Would definitely recommend

I have stayed in the hilton on lots of ossasions ,but this time was even nicer due to the friendly & welcoming staff . When we came down for breakfast we were greeted by DAMIEN & CONOR,who were really courteous & professional & they made us laugh &it was a great start to the day .& when we checking out it was DAMIEN & CONOR again & once again they made our day. We are looking forward to our next stay in the Hilton Belfast & would highly recommend it to any one ,looking for a relaxing & pampered break.

We stayed in an Executive Corner Room. Wow what a view. Arrived early and was able to check in straight away. The use of the Executive Lounge was a real bonus, the staff being extremely attentive. The location of the hotel and view from our room persuaded us to have room service and not go out for dinner. The only let down was breakfast in the restaurant where service was quite poor with many of the waitresses chatting in the corner and ignoring guests requirements. This aside we had a wonderful stay and are really looking forward to returning in the future (but having breakfast out next time).

Well, it's a Hilton and you expect the Hilton. That is certainly is. Helpful staff organised a sight seeing black cab tour with very little notice, which was great.

Rooms and breakfast are just as you would expect. Good selection of food at the buffet, not the largest I've seen but more than adequate and fresh.

The location is very good - just a short walk away from the main part of town, but to tell you the truth, we caught cabs a lot of the time as they are so cheap in Belfast.

All in all, good hotel.
