The Europa is a very elegant and charming place, from the moment you walk in you're greeted with smiles and friendliness. It's location is very accessible, especially if you're travelling by bus or train. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with a rainfall shower head which was really relaxing to use. Breakfast was a buffet with a large selection of hot and cold choices. In all I would definitely recommend the Europa to anyone travelling to Belfast.

This is a superb hotel with great proximity to local shops, bars and restaurants. This is an ideal location and handy if you are travelling in on the airport bus. Staff are friendly and attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms were outstanding - tastefully furnished with modern bathrooms. I didn't eat in the restaurant but had a meal in one of the function rooms (at a work event) and that was very good. The breakfasts are superb....I will certainly return.

Excellent location for the centre of Belfast. The service from all the staff was fantastic. The head waiter even helped us with answers in our party quiz. As someone who stays in hotels every week on business I found it a relaxing and friendly environment; the duck is an especially good touch although I would have liked a room with a bath to make the most of it. A little attention to detail in the room is needed as the hairdryer didn't work and there were rips in the bed cover. I would also except better toiletries and hospitality tray for a hotel of this rating - however it was a budget price so maybe it was serviced accordingly. Loved the concierge service and the bars. Breakfast was excellent and totally un-rushed.

Hotel was in the heart of Belfast so for location couldn't fault it. Inside, it's modern, fresh and clean. We were there for a business gathering and were well looked after, fed and watered. Will defo stay again when I next visit NI.

The shower was possible the best I have ever had!
