Stayed here recently with my daughter, our room was great and the bed was so comfy! Just what you needed after walking all day, felt like heaven. The Hotel was very central and a great spot if you are getting the bus from the Airport as it stops right at the back of the Hotel. We also walked everywhere and again it was all within walking distance. We even walked to Crumblin Road Jail and although it was a good twenty mins it was easy to get to.

Staff very polite and really helpful, nothing too much trouble and even marked our route onto a map for us which was great. Always smiling.

I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would have no hesitation staying here again, very Central and everything within walking distance.

Location of the hotel was ideal for walking Dublin and even driving to the Titanic exhibit was fairly simple. The rooms are great and the cloud beds are fantastic for sleeping. However the shower leaked all over the bedroom floor even when the glass door was fully closed.
The breakfast was the worst we had of all the hotels we visited in Ireland. The scrambled eggs were cold and tasted a bit strange and the waitress spilled coffee on us twice after apologizing the first time for doing so. All other staff we encountered were helpful and professional though.
Basically a good hotel but there is room for improvement.
If breakfast is being served in the bar which it was on our second day, it's a much better experience.

Room Tip: Suites are much better.

Stayed in this Hotel several times over the years! I Still find it clean, service by all staff, Bar, Reception, and dining room is exceptional! A real pleasure to stay. Room were clean and comfortable. Only small prob. Was the Internet connection! Slow and patchy ! With a breakfast to keep you going most of the day it really suits my trips to Belfast

Room Tip: To avoid the noisy weekend nights ,try and book rooms to the rear

I would highly recommend this hotel for a city break in Belfast. The hotel is very central and within walking distance of all the local spots. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a cocktail in the piano bar before dinner, they were divine and the girl working in the bar could not have been more friendly or helpful . We had a very enjoyable stay and will be returning again.

Room Tip: Nice view of the city and the street at night at the front of the hotel not noisy at all.

We spent two nights at this historic hotel while in Belfast. Our room was small with two twin beds on rollers (be careful about moving too quickly!), a desk and two chairs. There was no air conditioning, so the room was stuffy at night. With the windows open, we could hear the music from the pub across the street. The lobby is large and comfortable. Wifi was available for a fee.

The breakfast buffet was varied. Dinner was another matter. The menu was limited, some of the food was overcooked (the pork steak was like shoe leather) and the waitress our second evening was short to the point of being rude.
