Good hotel which is tidy and clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Our room was a good size with comfortable bed, nice bathroom, tv etc...
The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and not too busy. Note to hotel, Black Pudding would be a good addition as would turning the lights up a bit as the room was too dark. On the whole I couldn't really complain though.
The location is good for visiting the Titanic Quarter and only a few minutes walk over the footbridge into Belfast town centre.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would stay here again.

This hotel is a typical premier inn. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean and in good condition. The staff where professional not overly helpful but I had not reason to require it and I had the impression they would have gone out of there way had there been a problem. The location is excellent, we were attending a show and where only 2 minutes from the venue. The next day we went to town which is only 5 main walk away and a beautiful walk even in the cold. But I have marked it down due to the car parking arrangement the car park is to small for a hotel of its size and the nearby car park could cost up to £22 for a nights stay. I will not book here again simply because i stayed in an equally comfortable city centre hotel the week before which offered free car parking, breakfast and the room cost half the price. However I would still recommend this hotel to others without a car.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location-not far to walk to city centre and very convenient for visiting The Odyssey and Titanic Quarter. Long queue for breakfast which was a bit bothersome however food was OK. Would stay here again as it's good value.

This review is just for the restaurant, I didn't stay at the hotel.

Food was good, homely food and was very good value. £33 for 2 courses for 2 people plus soft drinks and tea.
But I thought the staff were just fantastic. They were very friendly and very welcoming. They went above and beyond in terms of service and I would go there again in an instant.

Stayed here for one night to watch John Bishop at the arena with my husband and son. Very impressed with all aspects of this hotel and the evening meal and breakfast was great value for £22. Kids under 16 eat free! Parking was great right next to the hotel and good value at £6 overnight (5pm-10am). Staff very friendly and rooms modern and quiet Our room 317 overlooked the car park. Would definately book again if using the arena or just to stay in Belfast. The walk in to the centre of Belfast was around 15 minutes.

Room Tip: 317 on the rear of the hotel was excellent and you could check the car park from the window

The food isn't great, but this is a great hotel for comfort and service. The staff couldn't do enough to help and the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. I just don't see the point of mid range hotels when budget chains like Premier Inn deliver in these sort of locations.

Room Tip: Rooms are all fine, but get there early for breakfast as hey run out of croissants and muffins
