Really good situation. 10 mins from Belfast City Airport and 15 minutes walk from city centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Usual quality you would expect from the room. TIP... very handy MACE store just around the corner also has a deli attached for breakfast sandwiches in the morning if you do not want a Premier Inn breakfast .One or two reviews have said parking was a problem but there was plenty of space when we stayed and you get a good discount if stating at the hotel. Would stay here again. Excellent.

Stayed here as i had an early flight next morning staff are very friendly and the food in the restaurant is what you would expect from a premier inn but this hotel does it all better than the usual ones. As i was leaving hotel at 5.45 in the morning before breakfast starts they arranged that i could have cereal or toast with coffee. Bedrooms are warm and very comfy perfect for an overnight stay

This Premier Inn is as much like every other we have stayed in. We love the fact that we can have a family room at no extra cost. My daughters love the Internet access. The hotels are always clean and comfortable most with choice of bath or shower.
The only downside of this particular Premier Inn is the 'hidden'

PARKING CHARGES!!

No-one pointed these out before our stay. We arrived at a barrier blocking us from the car park. Upon taking our ticket and going inside to enquire about the parking we were told to present our ticket to reception when leaving and we shall be given guest rates!!

Guest rates are 17.30 to 10.00 (over night) £6.90 then 90 pence per hour thereafter.

Why were we not told about this at point of booking, it would definitely have been factored into our choice of where to stay!

Had been to belfast last week to spend my honeymoon.
I select Premier Inn Belfast hotel as it is closest to city airport it is also 5 min from citi center.

This was the first time i select premier Inn and i was really impresses with the kind of service provided.

Room allocated to me was really nice clean and well presented. As we had booked for couple of days housekeeping services provided was really nice.
Every day we used to go out for site seeing and evening when we used to return back room used to be clean.

I even liked the food very tasty i felt quantity was less..

Few things they can add
1) provide 24 hours food service

Overall a very good experience

This is a modern, quiet, well maintained hotel. There are friendly reception staff. It is a in a very handy location for the arena and the Titanic museum. The parking is a bit of a problem for some, but I went by public transport.

We chose this hotel for its immediate proximity to PRONI (known to any genealogist). We found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The dinner we had there was pleasant. The hotel provides a minimal 30min free WiFi but that was sufficient for us at that time. Parking at the hotel is limited and not cheap. Parking adjacent to the hotel is pricey even though subsidized by the hotel. The best thing was that the neighborhood is quiet and the room was nearly soundproof. We've never heard less hall noise in any hotel, anywhere, and we heard nothing from other rooms even though the hotel was very busy. We enjoyed our stay.
