“TRIPLE 5* for valuing their customers”
Reviewed 12 March 2014

Stayed overnight with my young daughter. The duty manager took my individual situation into consideration (my daughters hosp. book in time) and with his advice tailored the stay to suit our needs. The hospital were to confirm by phone a time for my daughter to book into the ward on the Monday. Our only lift to Belfast on the Monday with all the luggage was 8.am. Hospital check ins take place from the afternoons not in the mornings. This would have meant hanging around Belfast all day with my child and luggage waiting for the hospital to confirm a time to check into the ward. I decided to book into the Premier Inn and felt that even though I would not be sleeping there on the 2nd night I needed the room longer than the check out time while I waited for the hospital to call. The duty manager Declan very kindly allowed me to book 1 night only and extended my hotel checking out time by a couple of hours which made all the difference and took the stress out of the situation. Not many places give that kind of personal attention. Every one knows the rooms & lovely as is their food. There was an extra dimension howerer to their personal touch. If your dealing with staff like I dealt with whose names were Declan the duty manager & Croinne & Nicola the receptionist then it's the only place you will every use when needing somewhere to stay.

Stayed there on a business trip. Excellent friendly staff highly recommended for Titanic Quarter stay and easy walk into city centre unless weather bad. if bad good bus and taxi service. Train station a bit of a trek though and in wrong direction for city.

We have stayed at Premier Inn Titanic Quarter a number of times. It is ideally located right beside the Odyssey Arena. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The one failing with this spot is pricing of kids meal deals. Watch out for incorrect pricing on your bill. We have had to take issue with this more than once and unfortunately some staff do not seem that bothered. It may only be a pound out in some instances but if I'm one pound short in paying for a product, I don't get it, so please sort this out Premier Inn.

Clean & modern hotel in good location with friendly, helpful staff. However breakfast was pretty poor even by Premier Inn standards (dry bacon, tasteless scrambled egg & rubbery hash browns), bed was lumpy & air con noisy.
If you want to avoid the excessive parking charges, check out Eastside Park & Ride. It's only £3.60 / day and only a 5-10 minute walk away.

Stayed here at the wkend just for 1 nite! It was close to our family so was a good choice.
Hotel is easy to find and is signed posted! When parking make sure you choose he barrier on the rite hand side or you will be charged a fortune out parking was only £6 bargain for being in the city.

Our check in was quick easy and simple. Room was clean, tidy and had a double bed and a single bed! We had a few drinks in the bar and the staff where friendly and nice!
I found the bed abit lumpy however that's just my opinion and to someone else would probably be fine. Didn't hear a sound from outside our room.
Breakfast was great loads of choices and all nice and warm.
We would definitely come back.

Stayed at The Premier inn Belfast as we were attending an event at the Odyssey Areana, which is a stones throw away, so it was ideally located for the purpose of our trip.

The rooms were clean, spacious and pleasant and had all the things you'd need for a short trip - Hairdryer,Iron, tea/Coffee, Freeview T.V, Wifi (free 30 mins per day and a small fee for 24hour access), Air conditioning/Heating.

Staff were courteous on our arrival and pleasant throughout our stay. We opted to Pay for breakfast which was fine. A selection of Hot Buffet - Bacon, Sausages, Hash Browns, Mushrooms, Grilled Tomatoes, Baked Beans and a small selection of Muffins & Pastries with preserves a swell as cereals and juices to accompany the meal. Breakfast was priced at £8.75 for the full Hot Breakfast on offer which meant we could basically have anything we wanted that was on offer included in the price.

My only slight gripe was that the room was priced at £106 not including breakfast. I understand the location is ideal for those attending events at the Odyssey but having a captive audience meant we felt the price of the room was quite steep for a 'premier inn', who's whole premise is that the rooms are competitively priced compared to other chain hotel groups. I have never managed to bag a room for the FROM £29.00 per night rate and at £106.00, it couldn't have been more far off!

That being said I would use this hotel again if the need called for it, I'd just book further in advance to get a better rate

This place wasn't even built the last time I visited Belfast, but it proved the perfect choice for a family visit.

The staff were all friendly, efficient, helpful and welcoming.

The room was comfortable and clean, but would have benefited from a few minutes' maintenance to tidy up some scuffed paintwork.

The restaurant was OK. The dinner menu was pretty good in terms of choice and price (and they cooked my steak exactly the way I like it, which many places cannot seem to manage) but the breakfasts let the standard down a bit. The cold breakfast options (with the exception of the cardboard-like granola) are fine but the cooked stuff was unexciting (tasteless bacon and lukewarm scrambled egg).

Your dining options in the immediate area are limited to the hotel restaurant and a couple of places such as Pizza Hut in the neighbouring Odyssey, but it's only a short (10 minutes) easy walk or taxi ride into the city centre if you want a wider choice.

We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again on any future visit to Belfast.
